• Brand development: definition of Playlab’s verbal identity, key messaging, and brand architecture. 
• Digital communication strategy: planning and executing campaigns for film releases and labs (Apichatpong Weerasethakul, Pedro Costa, Paolo Sorrentino).

Over the years, their support has been essential in developing our digital and content strategy — helping us communicate consistently and emotionally across our filmmaking labs with masters such as Apichatpong Weerasethakul, Pedro Costa, and Paolo Sorrentino, as well as the international premieres of our films at festivals like Berlinale, Premios Goya, Festival de Huelva.
Their strategic thinking, creative sensitivity, and ability to bring freshness and coherence have helped strengthen Playlab Films’ identity as a benchmark for independent cinema. It was a long-term collaboration built on thought, vision, and exceptional execution.

I'm the marketing manager of MDT Health, a medical technology company. Our main goal is to empower medical professionals with innovative technologies that elevate clinical practice, strengthen doctor-patient trust, and redefine the future of aesthetic medicine and dermatology.

We wanted to improve the quality of our social media content, not only visually but also in terms of written content, bringing more authority and depth. Another point was to seek greater consistency and align the tone of voice and message of each product.

Our PR agency recommended Sunamers. From the very first contact, Mariana (CEO) and Blanca (COO) conveyed a great deal of confidence and professionalism in the work they presented. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and quality were decisive factors in our choice.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Sunamers in January 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Initially, we hadn't established measurable metrics since the objective was subjective. However, I believe we've achieved the goals we were seeking: more beautiful and profound content, consistency in messages and tone of voice, a proactive and engaged agency, and an organized and agile communication flow.

Moreover, our workflow has improved significantly since Sunamers is very organized and has well-established methods for presentation and feedback. In addition, I believe we've raised our standards for content quality and brand consistency.

For example, if we analyze our social media before January 2024 and look at it now, this change is very clear. The posting schedule is more planned, stock images are selected with greater care, and we've even been able to do our own photoshoot. Additionally, when it comes to reels, we used to only use static images to put together videos, but now we work with stock videos and our own videos. The consistency of colors, fonts, and messaging is visibly much more precise.

How did Sunamers perform from a project management standpoint?

Sunamers is very organized and delivers everything within the agreed deadlines. We communicate via email and Notion.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I love that Sunamers is very organized, gets deeply involved in the project, and makes a point of understanding every detail. In addition, the quality of their deliverables is impressive.

I can't think of anything for Sunamers to improve.

 We worked together from January–July 2024. However, we're still working with Sunamers on different small projects.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 Sunamers' work helped us solidify and elevate our brand image. The way we present our company and deliverables has improved a lot. We now have a common mindset of who we are and how we present ourselves to the world. Moreover, our clients' opinion is what matters. Ever since we did the strategy, we receive compliments every time we present a budget, someone looks at our website, or someone interacts with our brand in any way. Additionally, we now have a more clarified line of work, the same standards, and a consolidated mindset of who we are and how we define our work.

 Sunamers was super professional, absolutely met our standards, and delivered on time. We communicated via video calls.

 Sunamers' ability to surprise us with their methodology and the results obtained was impressive.

I’m cofounder and CEO of Common Sense, a crypto asset manager that enables high net worth individuals to create crypto investment portofolios.

We needed to create a strong brand narrative to offer our services to higher net worth individuals and companies.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They seemed very professional and hands on but also with a strong creative background that was what we needed.

They conduct first a workshop where we been able to discuss our product and services. With all the info they came with a branding strategy that was fit our needs. After they worked on bringing everything to live creating a website and materials we needed.

We worked With 2 digital branding specialists, a designer and a copywriter.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to rise a 500k seed round thanks to their help and to land our first 100 clients.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They documents everything in Notion and they conduct weekly meeting with updates and ongoings. They have an straight forward communication via slack or google meet, that fits our remote work company.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were a super senior team that really knew what they were doing. Also very creative and out of the box thinking.

We liked the overall experience. Nothing to change.
