I'm leading the Security Education and Awareness Team within Norsk Hydro's internal service provider GBS. Hydro is a Norwegian based company who represents itself along the full aluminum value chain, on140+ global locations. GBS is a shared service center, covering centrally operated Finance, HR and IT services.

For what projects/services did your company hire Sublight, and what were your goals?

With Norsk Hydro being a truly global company, with several business areas and 30000+ employees, cyber security awareness needs to stand out, and speak to our workforce. It requires internal branding, tons of useful material, being present on a handful of internal communication channels. Our goal was to accomplish a strategic approach through a series of projects, all of them needed professional approach, and a set of broad-minded individual.

How did you select this vendor?

GBS Communications has been worked with Sublight for a time, selected through a tender, so when we started our collaboration, the company has already been proved and known the official Hydro and GBS branding - in my case however, we needed a fresh start.

Through the series of months and under 3 different project scopes we used Sublight to perform a series of tasks inconclusively the list is:

• setting up the visual part of security awareness branding
• graphic design of rollups, cover photos, Teams backgrounds, e-mail and letter templates, flyer, magazine, wall sticker, presentation
• video animations of several topics with pristine understanding through the scripting process
• selection of merchandise packages, tailored to internal audiences
• delivery of items globally
• copywriting
• and overall creative ideation of whatever brief and topic we approached them with

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Our main contact point was their project manager, whose skillful understanding and professionalism was always the biggest help. He involved graphic designers, copywriters, and all range of creative professionals as needed by the current work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Cyber Security Awareness is a slow game in a company of our size, and the success is shown in the visible signs of security culture and increasing maturity. Measuring such a cultural change is not an easy task, but both corporate management, business area leaders, and workforce feedbacks supports our ongoing success.

We received a precise, professional, timid and extensively supportive project management. Easily trackable e-mail exchanges, on-demand based meetings and ad-hoc calls ensured our differently paced needs have met. Set deadlines always been met, if timing ran out of course due to our internal slow processes, we received regular followup and reminders.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I personally experienced working on both agency and client side, and sitting in the latter position gives me an unique point of view. My biggest takeaway from working with Sublight is the sheer professionalism that makes us feel confident and safe. Bringing both creative and grounded approach, makes working with them really convenient. There is literally nothing we came up with on an ideation level they couldn't give support with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Our collaboration is ongoing and necessity of improvement is always clearly communicated back and forth during this time. Nothing I can mention here.

The start-up bao, founded in Munich in 2017, has set itself the goal of supporting sales teams in conducting exclusively good conversations. That's why bao helps companies to systematically and measurably improve their sales conversations.

The Conversation Intelligence software identifies success factors in the sales process with the help of artificial intelligence and supports the implementation of best practices in real time. bao generates structured, analysable insights from conversations and gives sales teams real-time, data-driven advice on the next best action to be successful in conversations and systematically drive deals forward.

bao was in need of several designs for PR materials to ensure a professional as well as well-designed appearance in external communication and during events.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Sublight provided us with an individualized offer and very kind one-to-one support. In addition, all services were carried out very quickly.

After briefing Sublight in on our needs they started off with preparing several design proposals. Feedback was accepted, discussed and integrated when necessary. The partnership with Sublight didn't concentrate on one project only but is an ongoing partnership that is revived whenever needed.

The Sublight team was supporting us in every possible way, never hesitating to solve any problems that may occurred.

The several projects were all finished with full success. Whether it was roll-ups, videos or other material - nothing to complain about.

Kulzer as one of the world’s leading dental companies and part of the Mitsui Chemicals Group, Kulzer has been a reliable partner for all dental professionals for more than 80 years. Currently I responsible for the hungarian sales and marketing activities.

For what projects/services did your company hire Sublight, and what were your goals?

Creative support of sales and marketing activities. Together we succesfully launched our new dental ceramic product which increased our ceramic’s sales more than 20%. In marketing aspect, thanks to Sublight and the clear strategy, our social media platforms growth more than 370%.

At the end of the tendering process we chose them.

First we made deep interviews with random costumers to get to know about their expectations, ordering habits and social media activity.

I contacted with only 2 people. First with the managing director and than with the project manager in daily basis.

They are punctual, well-organized, and ready to handle any problems. Highly recommended agency!

We achieved absulutely amazing results in every apect, so I think it was great.

Creativity, quality support, valuable design stuff, always open-minded environment.

I has been working for QLM Development Center as a marketing coordinator. Our company's scope of activities are; soultiuons; logistics softwares, logistics project planning, warehouse automatization

We wanted to create a video that could present our innovation. Technically the film was made by different types of videos, interviews, time laps video and 3D animation. The video was used only internal purposes (we did not present it on social media channels, or TV channels).

I get the vendor’s contact from one of my photographer-contact, he gave a good testimonial.

We started with a discovery meeting. After that meeting, we sent the story board and the description of the project. Sublight created the project agenda, and the work had been started. We organized the place of the filming and after that we organised the online meetings to develop the film. They use Wipster app as a frame of the teamwork. Wipster is an easy-to-use system.

The work was easy and fluent with Sublight.
