We asked Studio Lewis to help us develop a series of connected TV commercials that explained our product's features and benefits through our customers' eyes. We had to secure testimonials with on-location local customers and remotely with customers who live in other areas of the country. Studio Lewis was able to capture both seamlessly. He also conducted the videos in a way that produced consistent messaging that tied the commercial concept together.

That this set of commercials drove more site visits and sales than our existing creative.

Connor is a great project manager. He was very organized and was able to stay on schedule and budget. His communication was clear. During the review process, he was very open to incorporating feedback and thinking out of the box so we could achieve the piece we envisioned working with regular customers - people who loved our product but were actors and not used to being on camera.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team was able to think creatively about how we directed the customers (to get our desired soundbites) and how we got the footage needed when traveling half way across the country was not an option. He was also able to make footage shot in the middle of winter look seasonally neutral (very important for our brand) which was impressive given there was some snow on the ground!

There was nothing to improve on.

The videos were high-energy, featuring bright colors, up-tempo music, and compelling visuals that helped create excitement and buzz around a series of educational speaking engagements Immuta was holding around the world in major cities like Sydney, London, Washington, DC, and Boston.

The project delivered on its promises for creating excitement and buzz around the engagements. We sold out all of our engagements and the videos were a sensation on our social media channels. The work exceeded our expectations.

Connor's first step in the work process was to have a discovery call with us to understand better what kind of video assets would be the most beneficial to our product/company. After the discovery call and agreeing to do an explainer video, Connor worked on writing the script for the video. He also set up a local videographer to come by and film. 

Once the filming was done, Connor worked on all of the editing, sound, and video effects to create an amazing explainer. He also produced alternate versions of the video with different hooks to be useful for ads.

The video itself is amazing and high-quality. We are excited to use this in ads and are confident that it will drive conversions due to the high-quality of the script, the video quality, and the professional grade editing.

Connor was always on time for deliverables. He was also in constant communication throughout the entire project and on top of messaging and reminding when feedback was needed. Connor was very open to feedback too and the whole process felt more like a partnership to create the piece vs just work being completed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Connor's ability to work under constraints was impressive. We are in a different location than Connor so the fact that he was able to find an amazing local videographer and help coach them through the shots was impressive. Creating video content remotely at this quality is not an easy feat.

Nothing that Connor could do differently. Felt like they were on top of it from the beginning and had an excellent process throughout. It felt like anytime there was a hurdle, Connor was prepared to overcome it.
