Holding alignment workshops ensured the new Europtima identity reflected core values; few companies invested time brainstorming and sharing their expertise. We felt that Studio Circa team members were in-house. 
Additionally, open file delivery enabled our internal teams to easily implement brand assets across the company. Video training empowered the team with knowledge of Webflow's functionality, enabling smooth handoff and self-sufficiency in future updates.

destination over the coming years.

We contracted Studio Circa to design and develop the whole brand, marketing and digital part of our new hospitality project which also included the social media launch of the project.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are extremely satisfied with the results Omar from Studio Circa achieved. Omar developed a great brand and naming for the concept. After several rounds during which we alligned on the right strategy and the right tech stack for the brand he developed the digital assets for the brand and aswell developed with his partner a fantastic website for us. 

As we were very satisfied with his work, we asked him aswell to tackle the social media launch campaign for us. Omar is a great brand strategist and designer but above all he is a true professional with longyear experience within the hospitality industry. He tackles the topics in very structured and professional manner. 

As he knows the hospitality industry very well, he quickly understand the challenges and opportunities the owner´s are facing during the launch. This experience is a great plus for any property owner as you are working with a real partner who is always doing his outmost to make your business successfull.

Omar managed the timing and structure of the project in a very professional way. The project was well structured with a clear timing and deliverables and the projected outcomes which he always achieved and mostly overachieved. In case there were some changes or last-minutes adaptations requested from our side Omar was very agile to still integrate them as good as possible.

Omar is a great brand strategist and designer but through his longyear experience in the hospitality industry he is able to act as a real digital business partner who manages for you the whole brand, marketing and digital development for you The fact that he as an invididual with a very lean setup is able to combine all those capablities, being able to find great talent to team up with and deliver consistenly great results is very unique. 

He acts as one face to the customer which eases the communication and helps to make quick decision and great progress.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Studio Circa could have done differently?

Overall we were very satisfied with the work Omar provided so there we definetely no major points for improvement. Concerning the selection of translators for some scope of the work we however had to do several rounds to find the right partners, this selection process is something which can be potentially improved in the future.

We were able convey the exact image of the business with the branding that was created for us.Omar has elevated the branding of our business and he was able to reflect the tone and message of the business in his designs to our customers.

Omar listened carefully to our needs and he proposed his work based on that. Omar has always provided his deliverables before the deadline and he was always supportive of the many changes that we asked for.

Omar was able to translate our vision and ideas into the design services that he created for us. It is truly amazing to work with someone that can translate words into creative designs.

We started with a strategy workshop session, answering strategy questions to aid in the design and visual direction, making sure we were all aligned to where we wanted to take the brand. Through that, we refined the Brand Identity, framing the Brand Personality and chose the assets to be delivered. This followed by a detailed Brand Presentation and video overviews.

The final assets delivered were the logo (including design, font & color selection, visual style), the signage, the business cards, and the menus.
