Worked on building the visual identity of Sora to communicate our themes and vision for the bar. Build menus designed around each inaugural theme alongside daily support on changes. Crafted flyers for promotional content for Sora including events, announcements etc.

Very positive feedback on menu design and marketting flyers from clientelle. Menus that helped guide people in clear and concise yet elegant ways towards our signature cocktails which have constituted a majority portion of our sales.

Direction of the project by Omar made allowed for fluid communication and very strong results with many visuals and decisions taken by him exceeding expectation of the initial prompt given by the bar team to great results.

Their speed on projects while maintaining quality. They expertly apply their knowledge of design while also juggling our demands in addition to the ease of understanding from the consumer, leading to very engaging, concise and unique pieces of work.

Perhaps only in attention to detail. At times we've spend more time on projects due to having to correct and re-correct spelling errors. That being said, this has already improved since the start of the year and happens rarely now.

Our business delivers service through different floors and branding that requires combined synergies.

Therefore, we have several needs for menu designs respecting the vision and story telling of the different spaces and its ever evolving. There is a whole universe of design needs (digital, menus, flyers, events, business cards).

Another big part of the job is to build the canvas for day to day tools such as menu designs that our managers need to modify on the daily. Studio Circa acts as translator between flawless design and accessible tools.

We have several seasonnal needs of last minute designs for events and special collabs. Meaning responsivity is big as well.

These would be the main deliverables but there are many variables in the hospitality industry, therefore the work demands some amount of flexibility.

The significant visual impact and well integrated elements of our complex environment.

The constant collaboration between Circa and us to build an image. Once, again, his responsivity is on point always.

Yes. Absolute units.

They do. Once again, they are very responsive which is an important value given the nature of our business. They explain every process with professionnalism and they take the time.

They mastered the art of reminders and follow ups.

Their creativity is in touch with emotions and real people. It never feels like souless design. 

Their style of communication is very human. 

Visually, its always very striking. Matching story telling with appealing aesthetic is something they achieve.

Very little.

One thing we could improve would be to be as straight forward as possible in delivering tools that our employees can use on the daily as fast as possible. But we are fully conscious of the technicalities.

We contracted Studio Circa to design and develop the whole brand, marketing and digital part of our new hospitality project which also included the social media launch of the project.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are extremely satisfied with the results Omar from Studio Circa achieved. Omar developed a great brand and naming for the concept. After several rounds during which we alligned on the right strategy and the right tech stack for the brand he developed the digital assets for the brand and aswell developed with his partner a fantastic website for us. 

As we were very satisfied with his work, we asked him aswell to tackle the social media launch campaign for us. Omar is a great brand strategist and designer but above all he is a true professional with longyear experience within the hospitality industry. He tackles the topics in very structured and professional manner. 

As he knows the hospitality industry very well, he quickly understand the challenges and opportunities the owner´s are facing during the launch. This experience is a great plus for any property owner as you are working with a real partner who is always doing his outmost to make your business successfull.

Omar managed the timing and structure of the project in a very professional way. The project was well structured with a clear timing and deliverables and the projected outcomes which he always achieved and mostly overachieved. In case there were some changes or last-minutes adaptations requested from our side Omar was very agile to still integrate them as good as possible.

Omar is a great brand strategist and designer but through his longyear experience in the hospitality industry he is able to act as a real digital business partner who manages for you the whole brand, marketing and digital development for you The fact that he as an invididual with a very lean setup is able to combine all those capablities, being able to find great talent to team up with and deliver consistenly great results is very unique. 

He acts as one face to the customer which eases the communication and helps to make quick decision and great progress.

Overall we were very satisfied with the work Omar provided so there we definetely no major points for improvement. Concerning the selection of translators for some scope of the work we however had to do several rounds to find the right partners, this selection process is something which can be potentially improved in the future.
