All items were delivered in great time and with fantastic detail. Any issues were dealt with quickly and resolved. No task was too big or too small for Studio 36.

For the number of additions or changes we asked for, these were all fulfilled and to a great standard.

The project in the end ran over slightly, however we did not see this as an issue as Studio 36 were dealing with bugs we had found on the site. We felt this time was put to good use and did not see any issues in things running over slightly. Andrew was always quick to keep us in the loop

We engaged Studio 36 Digital to build our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave the team our project’s brief and they designed our website in accordance with our physical shop’s branding. We needed the team to replicate the feel of a traditional 1920s shop so we didn't want it to be modern looking.

They built and designed our platform from scratch using WooCommerce and WordPress. After that, they set up all of our products, our email accounts, and the payment gateway. They’re now managing our SEO services.

I spent a long time researching on Google, and Studio 36 Digital came out on top out of all the companies we saw. Overall, I really felt I could trust them.

Our ongoing partnership began in September 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The team followed our brief and produced exactly the site we’re looking for. They’re receptive to feedback and are open to implementing our suggestions. We’re very happy with their work, but we don’t have metrics to share yet. In the future, we want to see how much their work can influence our sales and exposure.

How did Studio 36 Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been very responsive; they get back to us through email and we speak on the phone multiple times so we have no issues when it comes to communication. Studio 36 Digital provides regular updates, and they're always on top of things. They also submit their deliverables on time — we never have to wait for them. In fact, they’re usually the ones who are waiting for us to provide information to them.

Their reliability has been impressive.

No, there’s nothing they could improve.

I hired Studio 36 Digital to create a custom online shop for my new business. Andrew worked with me to create the design, product listing pages and upload my products.

I am not particularly tech minded, so I needed someone who could take me through what was done and how I can add product myself as the business grows.

I spoke with Andrew multiple times before deciding to go ahead and award the project to Studio 36 Digital. Andrew will spend as much time as you like or need explaining the process and helping me, even before I signed up as a customer.

As above, Studio 36 Digital have created an online store using Wordpress, as recommended by them. They've added and tested my Paypal setup and customer emails as part of the project.

Excellent from the beginning to now. The website is up and running, taking sales already, and I've now asked Andrew to conduct SEO over the coming months.

I’m getting probably 10 jobs per month off of them, so it’s definitely cost-effective. Their work is resulting in real leads and, consequentially, revenue.

They’re really responsive. If I ask a question, they get back to me promptly and report on metrics monthly. We mainly communicate via email.

Their reports are very comprehensive and they explain everything so I can understand it. They break everything down into laymen’s terms.

They might want to bring in more help. We haven’t had any issues, but I don’t know how Andrew keeps up with the amount of work he’s doing.

The website for starters looks amazing and a lot more professional. We are still waiting on ongoing results to see if we can reach our target audience but we are prepared to wait 6-12 months for this.

Efficiency and responsive. That’s how Andrew works at Studio 36. He made my life easier by doing all the hard work on the workflow.

I've noticed that no question is too big for Andrew and his team. It became apparent that our experience with them felt very personal and that’s what we loved most.
