They worked on several custom Shopify theme features for us. He added product variants and sub-variants seamlessly, ensuring the product pages function smoothly. He also connected our review app so that custom badges display correctly across the store, which really enhanced our customer experience. On top of that, he created and integrated custom images for our menu icons, giving the theme a more polished and branded look.

The outcomes from the project were clearly measurable. By adding variants and sub-variants, we were able to streamline product listings, making it easier for customers to find exactly what they wanted, which improved the shopping experience and reduced customer inquiries. The integration of our review app to display custom badges increased trust and credibility on product pages, directly supporting higher conversion rates. Finally, the addition of custom menu icon images gave our theme a more polished, branded look, which strengthened overall site navigation and user engagement.

Chintan’s project management was excellent—organized, communicative, and reliably on-time. He broke the work into clear tasks, set realistic ETAs, and consistently delivered to (and often ahead of) the agreed timelines. Whenever priorities shifted (e.g., expanding variant/sub-variant logic or updating menu icons), he was flexible, adjusted scope without losing momentum, and kept me informed of trade-offs.

He was very responsive to our needs: quick to acknowledge messages, proactive with progress updates, and great at asking clarifying questions before building. I appreciated that he didn’t just “take tickets”—he dove deep into problem-solving. For example, he explored multiple approaches to structuring variants to keep pages fast and clean, and he navigated the quirks of the review-badge integration so badges rendered consistently across the theme. He also handled QA thoughtfully—testing changes in a safe environment, checking mobile/desktop states, and verifying after deployment. Overall, working with him felt smooth, dependable, and solution-oriented.
