Strivence created a new concept for an existing SaaS that was pivoting from transaction-based monetization, to a catalog-first approach. The team created new information architecture and user journeys to reflect the change. Strivence completed the full cycle of work, from analysis to final designs. The team worked closely with the client and the dev team to roll out the new changes smoothly.

We were developing two new projects, but our in-house designers were tied up with other tasks. So, we decided to seek help from Strivence. We have pretty strict requirements for design quality, given our experience in the field. One project involved a non-trivial corporate website with a complex structure and specific requirements, while the other was a landing page.

Strivence did a full-cycle product design (prototyping, flow research, user experience research, UI/UX design, and actual responsive web development) for two consumer-focused products. At the end of the project, we received two fully designed web apps with a working flow; additional promo materials, such as icons and logos, were created and delivered as well. 

Long story short, Strivence created two products for us from 0 to 100 in terms of research, tests, product design, and responsive web development.

Measurable outcome is two web apps completely designed and built, including all the files and assets ready to be implemented and launched live.

Communication was very polite. We had meetings and syncs every other day to discuss ideas and edits. Everything was on time. Nothing to complain about at all!

At the beginning there was a briefing at which we discussed clients wishes with the performers, talked about goals and assigned tasks. Strivence demonstrated a professional approach and answered all our questions related to the development of the site. We also received recommendations in the Product area for improvements. Stages of the development: wireframes, design, rewsponsive, presentation, sources. The work was completed on time and all goals were achieved.

Strivence redesigned UX/UI for the Precious Metals Retailer site. The designs were created for a Magento 2 website. The old site had an outdated design was not user friendly and required a modern design approach. Considering most of the clients are elderly people so the site had to be not overloaded with information providing an easy, readable approach to purchasing.

Improving of UI/UX design allowed users to find desirable products faster, and stay on the site longer, more purchases were finalized. New design allowed company to increase organic traffic and to be more competitive in the market.
