What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Success. We have been told for so long that this couldn't be done. Through a conversation with Steve, Stratedia owner, he suggested to let him and his team try, no harm no foul. We will now finally have control of our online presence.

I love working with Stratedia because you can communicate through text, email and phone and they get back to you immediatly. It doesn't matter what time it is. These guys follow through on what they tell you they will do.

I only wish we had the conversation about API's earlier!

I’m the owner of Integrity Heating Services. We do chimney services, wood stove installments, and other related services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Stratedia?

We needed to find a way to increase our overall number of customers. Because our business is seasonal, we needed to find a way to get as many customers as we can in the offseason, so when the busy season comes around, we have work throughout the whole season.

Stratedia set up our website as well as optimized our SEO searches in order to drive traffic to our website and generate leads.

I worked exclusively with Steve (Founder).

I used to work with Steve at a previous company. One day I saw a news clip about his company, and I still had his phone number, so I contacted him. From that point on, we got together, had a meeting, and made a plan.

We spent around $3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March–September 2020, until I got enough business that I didn’t need Stratedia’s services anymore.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We saw a large increase in traffic to our website, and a lot more phone calls. We drew over 150% more customers than we did last year, more than doubling our business. 

This offseason, once things slow down, we’re planning to reconvene and take a look at how much new work we can take on, if any at all. If it comes time to take on more work, Stratedia will be the first call I make. 

How did Stratedia perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via emails and phone calls, touching base pretty regularly. Steve always got back to me pretty quickly, usually within a few hours. We’d discuss our messaging, our strategy, and if there are any changes we needed to make. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Just the knowledge that the work they’re doing is bringing attention and customers to our business. It really puts my mind at ease, and gives me the time to focus on running my own business. Knowing Stratedia is there keeping my customers engaged gives me peace of mind.

We wanted to improve our online presence through SEO for several of our dealers’ websites.

Stratedia has created blog posts with SEO-friendly content, built backlinks, and created a consistent online presence. They’ve also worked on the schema of our websites and have consulted on how to effectively market our stores online.

We were working with another SEO partner but were really disappointed with their work. I’ve worked with Steve (Founder) before and know that he is extremely knowledgeable, so I reached out to him for help. '

We have 10 websites that we need help with, so when we were considering different partners, we let Stratedia manage three sites, and the other company manage three sites. Over the first 90 days, Stratedia clearly outperformed their competitors. We’re going to slowly hand over the remaining sites to Stratedia.

We’ve spent about $12,000.

We started working together in July 2020 and continue to work with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I measured them based on engaged traffic on our sites. Steve has done a better job than the four other companies I’ve worked with before.

How did Stratedia perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via email, text, and phone. Steve is constantly in contact with us. Right now, he’s only a phone call away. I feel like we have 100% of his attention when we need it. I really appreciate the personalized service they provide.

They provide monthly reports that review all the sites they’re responsible for. If anything comes up, we meet quickly. Steve will reach out to me if something is going on as well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their results compared to other SEO providers are really outstanding. At the same price point, he provides better results than any other agency.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there isn’t.

I’ve already referred a partner of mine to Stratedia and told him that Stratedia is in the top 10% of vendors. They’ve come back to me to say they’ve been nothing but happy with Stratedia’s service too.

I’m the owner of a medium-sized direct mail house. We direct specialty direct mail programs, mostly for multi-location retailers, restaurants, and service businesses.

What challenge were you trying to address with Stratedia?

We did entry-level SEO work on our website, especially earlier in our company’s history. It was quite effective. However, as Google evolved, we faced more competition and needed to change our techniques.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Steve (Founder) asked questions about our services, our competitors, and what differentiated us from the competition. He also asked about what most people want from us. After looking closely at our efforts, Steve quickly identified that the techniques used on our site were actually counterproductive and then quickly corrected them.

Stratedia cleaned up our PPC campaigns and worked on our social media profiles. They also rebuilt our website, adding about 85 pages in 60 days.

One of my clients said that he didn’t quickly receive approval to reengage us because a company did an amazing job on his online presence. I asked my client to share the company’s name, and he introduced me to Steve.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We're just a couple of months into the engagement, and Steve manages our expectations. However, we've already seen respectable improvements.

For metrics, we’re focusing on PPC traffic because it takes time to move a search term from page 150 to page one. We have a short term PPC goal, which has gone well. We’ve been writing orders from that effort. Steve also updates me once a month on the progress of our search terms. Those have all moved along at a nice clip.

How did Stratedia perform from a project management standpoint?

Steve is customer service forward. He’ll accept a text, email, or call. He responds at night and on weekends. He’s available when I need to talk to him.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve worked with a lot of SEO agencies. Stratedia seems to be the only agency that really understands SEO. I’m also impressed by their communication. A lot of companies will just take your money, and you’ll never hear from them again.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t say there’s an area for improvement at this point. Stratedia’s one of my better vendors.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Identify your goals and objectives before you start the project. I don’t think Stratedia can do the best possible job if they don’t understand where you want to go. It’s difficult to build a program to meet someone’s expectations if they don’t even know their expectations.

In a very short time we have made huge strides in seo rankings compared to our time with a well known corporate company.

If we call Steve at Stratedia, he answers the phone right away or gets back to us immediately. This type of relationship is rare which is why we appreciate this local relationship so much.

Follow thru. Again we have worked with alot of people. However, if Stratedia tells you they are going to do something they will do it and give you the why behind it. This is very rare and the results speak for themselves. There are no broken promises.

I have honestly been blown away by the number of leads that consistently come into my email and phone thru 100% seo. To date we have not spent money on ppc or other advertising so i know what we are doing has been extremely successful.

Working with Steve and Stratedia is tremendous. Anytime I have a question, need something added to my website, or anything else I call Steve and he picks up right away no matter what time of day it is.

I found Steve's professionalism very impressive. I appreciated the way he was able to explain how seo worked, the process and over time how we would see big gains. Everything he told me has come true. I continue to find working with him very easy and have enjoyed growing with him.

Having two stores, I don’t have a lot of time to spend on online efforts. We needed help with our digital marketing strategies.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We came to Stratedia with just a landing page for both websites. Initially, their work focused on our kitchen store but now their team supports our gift boutique too. They redesigned both platforms and implemented event calendars. Our team did little with our Facebook and Instagram accounts, so they improved those platforms. Their team set up newsletters and manage SEO efforts.

Stratedia's efforts save me a significant amount of time. Steve reports monthly on his team’s SEO efforts and the trends are positive.

Generally, we text each other to get in contact. There are times when we tell him that we’ll complete a task but then don’t. He reminds us and keeps us in line, which is a hard job.

Stratedia designed two beautiful websites for us. I’m pleased with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Everyone can improve in some form but Stratedia does a good job. If there’s ever an error, we communicate about them and Steve makes the correction right away.

Trust Steve. He knows his business well and gives good advice. If you don’t know social media well, he may assign tasks that seem counterintuitive but they're usually the right move.

We communicate by email. Steve sends me an alert as soon as he receives them, so we usually touch base within 24 hours. There’s usually no downtime. He’s also flexible.

Stratedia’s integrity distinguishes them from the competition. When Steve says that he will do something, he does it. He’s a good guy.

I am a graduate of Bryant College and have co-owned Precious Memories Preschool since October 4, 1999. On January 10, 2019 I became the sole owner of the facility on Sandy Hollow Road and slightly changed the name to Precious Memories Preschool of Sandy Hollow. Our center located at 195 Sandy Hollow Road in Mystic, Connecticut, comes with a decade’s old reputation for high-quality childcare, a loving and talented staff; as well as, a clean, well maintained and home-like environment. In 2020 we will be opening five more infant/pre-toddler classrooms with an addition to our building located at the back of our site. We have had a few different website providers in the 20 years we have been in business. When it came time to hire someone to help us rebrand we went with Steve because of how he explained the process to us. I don't understand digital marketing at all but Steve was able to explain it to me in a way I understood it.

Steve redesigned our website fro something that looked like a powerpoint presentation to this amazing visual experience. We continue to get compliments on it. Steve has done an amazing job getting us to rank in Google for the words that we want to most importantly our name.

I have never worked with a vendor who followed thru on everything they said they would. Stratedia has done that and more. We consider Steve as part of our team and an integral part of our success.
