I am working for a corporate advisory company. I am looking after the Environmental management and Social Sustainability aspects of my company.

To construct a commercial plaza on 100 square yards plot in Lahore, Pakistan.

What were your goals for this engagement?

To get the building constructed within approved time and budget while ensuring quality of work.

They were overall in-charge and responsible to construct a building as per shared drawings. They have to mobilize all resources in this regard to ensure the timely completion of the building.

Construction time 12 months Payments as per yardstick, mutually agreed upon. Contract value 35,000 USD. Commission charged 7%.

What was the team composition?

Lead Engineer with a Site Civil Supervisor. They were helped by skilled and semi-skilled labours.

Yes, our building project was completed within our mutually agreed time frame.

Very professional. They kept us informed of all things well in advance.

Gender balance. If possible, they should promote gender diversity in their company.
