What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. People and the health care system in Victoria recognize the HomeTeam Medical Services (HTMS) brand and contact us asking for HTMS, rather than individual physicians or health care workers . 
2. new patients are coming through the web portal that was created in addition to previous phone calls. 
3. Feedback about the quality of information on the Website, from prospective clients and health care providers has been very positive

Storyfolk were excellent listeners, very thoughtful and insightful, timely with responses and all deliverables were on schedule. They were very client-centered and were responsive to any adaptations and adjustments that better fit our business requirements. They were always patient and affable, trying to ensure they best captured our needs. 
We felt we developed a relationship despite working on line across continents. We asked them to develop a website, which was not part of the initial contract. They accommodated us despite the short notice and worked hard to meet our timelines on short notice and did an excellent job.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We felt that we had personalized service, that was concerned about the quality of the working relationship, in addition to excellence in their work product. We never felt badly about contacting them and they were always attentive and open to our thoughts and concerns. They were very professional, and we highly recommend them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Storyfolk could have done differently?

We can't think of any for this project.

I am the founder of The TARA Clinic (where TARA is an acronym for Therapeutic Addiction Recovery Assistance). We support busy and successful people to regain control over substance use and addiction while leaving the guilt and shame behind.

I wanted to elevate The TARA Clinic's brand and overall feel - including a new website design. Storyfolk was thorough, interested, and extremely talented in getting to the core of what The TARA Clinic stands for and were able to portray that visually beautifully!

To elevate the brand and bring increased traffic to the clinic.

After speaking with Sarah at Storyfolk, I felt she aligned with my values and understood the importance and drive for The TARA Clinic. Storyfolk was truly the only choice I could make moving forward and I am so grateful that I had them!

The process started with a thorough conversation about the business and the brand's direction which was followed by a number of visual representations. Through open communication we were able to come to the final product and I couldn't be happier

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have had increased positive feedback from clients and referrers regarding the improvements to my brand and it's perception within the community and field. This has resulted in increased client referrals and cashflow.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I can't recommend Storyfolk highly enough! Our communication was mostly via email or phone to ensure that there was no miscommunication .

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their professionalism and finishings are second to none.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I haven't found the need for improvement in what Storyfolk offers or delivers. They have exceeded my expectations at every turn.

3. Website Design and Development: Crafting a user-friendly and engaging website that serves as the central information hub for the book, featuring a blog, contact forms, and social media integration for audience engagement. 
4. Media Kit Foundations and Promotional Support: Storyfolk provided foundational brand elements and strategic guidance for creating a comprehensive suite of promotional tools. For the measurable outcomes from the project, my primary goal was to create the most perfect book conceivable in every aspect—each illustration, color, and line meticulously crafted to meet the highest standards of excellence. Additionally, the packaging was designed with utmost care to ensure the book would serve as a beautiful, meaningful gift for friends and family, reflecting the thoughtfulness and depth of its contents. A key measure of success was the tangible impact on those who visited the website and those who held the book in their hands, leaving them with a lasting impression of wonder and admiration for its quality and presentation.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Storyfolk's project management not only showcased their professional excellence but also their remarkable empathy and understanding, especially considering I was a challenging client to work with. Throughout the project, I found myself making continuous changes to the book, altering decisions, and frequently requesting additional adjustments, driven by the emotional weight of having dedicated seven years to this work. My stress levels were high, and my emotions were deeply intertwined with the project's outcome. 
Despite these challenges, Storyfolk stood by me with unwavering support, demonstrating love, compassion, and an incredible depth of understanding. They approached each of my requests and changes with patience and a willingness to compromise, ensuring that the project not only met but exceeded my expectations. Their ability to navigate the complexities of my needs with such grace and empathy was truly remarkable, reinforcing the strength of our partnership and the unique value they bring to their clients.

One area for improvement could be more open communication regarding the team's feelings, especially considering my frequent changes and concerns about overstressing them. While I recognize the importance of professionalism, a bit more insight into their workload and stress levels could have been reassuring. I hoped to support them just as they had supported me throughout our collaboration.
