Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Edvin and his team met with us to go over what we were looking for. We explained our goals and put together a strategy. We shared a value prop powerpoint deck with them and they got to work on crafting a script. Once we collaborated on the script, they provided a visual storyboard that we reviewed and approved. They were super open to edit requests, adds, changes, etc.

From there they provided dozens of voice over artists for our selection and then everything was moved to the animation stage. Our team did not make it easy for them as we requested a a number of changes and additions, but Edvin and his team were extremely patient and gracious and worked hard to provide us with the best possible video. They exceeded our expectations at every level and stage of this process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They hit all the deadlines and turned around all the change requests we made very quickly. Any delays incurred on this project were as a result of last second requests we made.

Yes, super efficient, able to pivot quickly and adjust to changes we requested. All requests were met with patience and eagerness to provide the best outcome.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their skills were top notch. Again, I thought this video would be okay. It was a directive from my CEO, but I wasn't completely sold on the benefits. However, after seeing the final product, I'm blown away. Just stellar work across the board

I’m a consultant for consulting group.

What challenge were you trying to address with Storybite?

We wanted to bring exposure to show people what our group does and the services we offer while displaying our friendly atmosphere.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We began with a storyboard and writing the scripts for the videos, going back and forth with revisions. They made a few changes in tonal quality and ensured everything was enunciated well. They handled the entire video production process.

I had one main point of contact. 

How did you come to work with Storybite?

I believe we found them through a reference. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked on this project from September–November 2019. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

While I don’t have any metrics, I’d say the video has already helped bring some more business in for us. We’ve heard wonderful comments from our clients on the quality of the work. The final video stands out and is clear and concise. 

How did Storybite perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very clear and understood what was required. Whenever something needed to be changed, they handled it immediately and didn’t make us wait. The whole engagement was really interactive. They followed up with us. When I was having trouble uploading the video to our site, they gave me suggestions and helped out, even though their service was already completed. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They took the time to get to know us as clients and it showed in their work. Their goal was to effectively portray our business. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there isn’t anything they could have done better. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Explain what you’re doing and what type of business you run. Ask and answer questions to give a baseline of what’s needed first so you can avoid going back and forth. They were fantastic, but you have to be decisive to work with them.
