Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We were tasked with updating an existing client branded 90s video for their clients' employees. The video was a mix of stock footage/images coupled with the client's updated branding through motion graphics. We brought Story Studio an approved script along with creative direction/notes and Story Studio was tasked with bringing that to life through design and animation.

Story Studio built out the storyboard, designed the frames/assets, and animated them. And they did a fantastic job across the board both in efficiency and creative excellence.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Success for this project was dictated by client approval and satisfaction both from the project management team as well as the executive stakeholders. The client was continuously impressed by both the creative output as well as the speed at which the deliverables were developed and shared. Story Studio is equally adept at project management and creative output - they're truly a great partner from start to finish on each project I work on with them.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Story Studio excels in project management. They communicate clearly and quickly, they're up front about timelines and deliverables, and they push back on both creative and production processes when things could be done better. They're always available to answer a question and have a creative conversation that ultimately helps make the project better for the client.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'm continuously impressed by their ability to deliver highly creative, exceptional work across many different style of video production. I've worked with them on several very distinct styles over the past few years and continue to surprise me with elevated creative output. That's why I keep coming back to Story Studio as a creative partner - they're always up for a challenge and deliver solid solutions throughout production that yield client appreciated/approved work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Story Studio could have done differently?

While I always appreciate creative pushback on client feedback, there are times when we, unfortunately, have to stick with a client's note that we may not agree with. Story Studio does a great job providing frames or clips to help show why the note may not be the best option, but in the end it is the client's decision.
