Storm Brain designed and developed our company website, implementing SEO strategies to increase visibility in addition to other digital marketing campaigns. They continue to manage the outreach efforts, host the site, and make any changes as requested. The team also maintains our Google Ads account. They’re always suggesting new ways we can reach more clients.

We work closely with the owner. We really appreciate having access to a senior resource for high-level digital marketing consulting.

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

We set goals from a marketing and lead generation perspective in relation to the various areas of law we are focused on. We’re currently ranking on the first page for over 30 relevant keywords. We’ve invested in a long-term strategy with Storm Brain, and it’s starting to pay off. Our practice continues to grow, reinforcing our position as the top criminal defense attorney in Rhode Island.

As a beauty brand, it was important for our site to be extremely functional and beautiful. We have multiple audiences and pricing structures, and we sell both products and services online. Our website needed a sharp custom build.

Storm Brain managed the entire process. After an exploration period, during which they got to know us, they presented their designs. They created the front- and backend of the site, created and repurposed content, and managed the integration process with our CRM system and team.

We started with an extremely thorough proposal that outlined everything. It was a sizeable document, but they broke it down nicely. We knew exactly what we were getting and when it would be delivered. The whole process has been easy to navigate.

They're a boutique agency in size, but not in strategy. They aren't afraid to tackle any issues or ideas.

They led a content strategy phase, with input from a number of stakeholders and departments at the bank. That involved reviewing and finalizing content for each section of the site. Those meetings were held in-person and were very hands on.

Storm Brain then gave various design presentations to our leadership team in order to present their ideas. We were given the opportunity to participate during the testing and review of the development stages, prior to the launch of the site.

The site has launched, and our internal stakeholders, shareholders, and employees are very happy it. Our customers and business clients have all shared how much they like the new brand identity and the website. We’ve increased our visibility online and continue to grow our business.

They were quick to deliver and remained quick and efficient in responding any of our account requirements. By now, their team is an extension of ours in order to provide the digital marketing and online brand strategy.

Storm Brain manages the project very impressively. Their quick responses to calls and emails make communication simple. They are always available and keep us up to date on all the steps they’re taking. They walk us through the entire project and explain the processes.

Their customer service is what impresses us most. They are always willing to solve problems and eager to contribute in any way they can. This dedication was critical during our launch period. We’ve been comfortable throughout the entire project.

Our project was a considerably large undertaking by any standard. The company’s entire database of orders spanned our 20 years in business. Storm Brain had to incorporate the entire lengthy list options into the new website. The work we undertook together involved a complete overhaul of the way we process orders and accept them.

We primarily dealt with Blake (Chief Strategy Officer and Founder, Storm Brain) and Leah (Author, Storm Brain). Since working together, we have been blown away by the diverse set of skills they bring to the table. I’m sure other support staff involved, but it was very nice to interface directly with the people behind the creative aspects of the job.

We have seen an enormously positive response to our new look and website. Ordering is now much easier, and processing orders is now increasingly handled by the site itself, instead of manually addressed by staff.

The management of this process was very professional, and the team was always very responsive to our feedback. They also kept us up to date throughout the process.

We have seen an enormously positive response to the new look and website Storm Brain delivered. The new platform they designed makes ordering much easier for our customers now. I most admired the team’s creativity. Storm Brain has a unique ability to take existing copy and transform it into branded content.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

If I were to have a Storm Brain create the site again, I would request fewer customized elements so we could make more changes in-house. To be fair, I made this decision initially, so it’s not an error on Storm Brain's account. When you want something beautiful and unique that no one else has, it has to be custom.
