The scope of work included reviewing existing user journeys, identifying UX pain points, and redesigning key parts of the platform to improve usability, clarity, and conversion across different user types, including deal managers, investors, and founders.

They worked on both strategic and executional design tasks: structuring product flows, improving information architecture, creating wireframes, designing high-fidelity screens, and preparing developer-ready assets. The team also helped us rethink how complex workflows should be presented in a more intuitive way, especially for onboarding, deal setup, investor interactions, and portfolio management features.
