STIVE joined us on a client project where the team ran a full AI SEO audit of the brand’s presence across the major LLM-powered search surfaces like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. The audit covered how often and in what context the brand was cited in AI-generated answers, which competitors were mentioned instead, and which content gaps were causing the company to be invisible on high-intent queries.

Key deliverables: a brand visibility report across 5 LLMs, a competitor citation comparison, a prioritized list of content and technical fixes, and a roadmap for improving AI search presence over the following 90 days.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project gave the client a clear baseline for AI visibility: where the brand appeared (and didn't) across AI search engines.

Within 6 weeks of implementing the top recommendations, the brand started appearing in Perplexity responses for several target queries where it previously had zero presence.

The competitive gap analysis also surfaced two content areas where the client’s closest competitors were consistently cited over them.

The AI field changes so fast that there is always a lot of new information to digest. Sometimes the reports are very detailed, so more simplified summaries for our busy management team would be helpful. Overall, though, the experience was great!

Most agencies are still focused purely on Google rankings, STIVE understood that AI search is a separate discipline that requires a different content architecture, different authority signals, and a different way of thinking about discoverability. The fact that we reached Top 1-2 in LLM answers for competitive queries in the advertising space was something we hadn't seen any other agency deliver
