• Centralize and automate MiRed’s data management, significantly reducing manual processes and enabling faster, more reliable, and timely information for the service, commercial, finance, and operations areas.
• Implement a scalable Business Intelligence platform and Data Warehouse to consolidate historical information, improve business analysis, and support strategic data-driven decision-making.
• Provide dashboards, indicators, and self-service capabilities so that the different areas of MiRed can access real-time metrics, trends, and alerts through standardized and centralized information.

The scope of work for this proposal focuses on the design, implementation, and deployment of a centralized Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehouse platform for MiRed, aimed at consolidating operational, commercial, financial, and service data into a scalable and reliable analytics environment. The project is structured in two major phases covering data acquisition, transformation, analytics modeling, reporting, testing, deployment, training, and post-implementation support.
