Great communication. Their geographic location is close, negating a time element from the project. Their team members were helpful and worked with our team to make the transition as seamless as possible.

I cannot think of a way that Stepping Forward could have improved the service and project.

I’m the building liaison for Grand Peak Academy. We’re a Pre-K to eighth-grade charter school in northern Colorado Springs. We offer a rigorous, family-friendly education based on the core knowledge and classical curricula.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Stepping Forward Technology to accomplish for Grand Peak Academy?

We use Stepping Forward Technology as our daily IT support company. For this project, we hired them to install and set up security cameras for our school.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Stepping Forward Technology identified the best company to use for our new security system. They obtained, installed, and programmed the security system for the best utilization around the school. The team also provided training on the platform and ongoing support.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The security system worked seamlessly and covered all parts of the building with no black spots. Additionally, we were able to utilize the platform the security cameras were on seamlessly without lag. Mostly, the administration used this on behalf of the staff, and so far, the feedback from the staff has been positive because we can help teachers resolve issues with students quickly and more accurately.

How did Stepping Forward Technology perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time and were hands-on throughout the entire project. There was never a time we didn’t know what was going on. We communicated via in-person meetings and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When we ran into an issue with the installation, they solved it within 24 hours, so it didn’t delay the project at all. They were fast, accurate, and their service was exceptional.
