We contracted Steadfast to manage our social media advertising during a period of internal transition. Yad and his team focused on launching new social media campaigns in compliance with our internal creative standards and was responsible for driving calls and form fills across our 19 brands within the Horizon portfolio. We discussed ad account performance and additional digital strategy on weekly update calls.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Goals as outlined in the project was to get all accounts live and running ads to drive calls and ultimately appointments. Project shift in middle of contract from call ads to site form fill leads drove double digit improvement in appointment booking rate and increase in sales. Steadfast's team of buyers continually optimized our campaigns for success and growth MoM.

Steadfast was prepared and ready for our weekly syncs and worked in a professional manner to deliver creative, ad reviews and data analysis on time. Members were present on calls and actively participated in brainstorming discussions for program improvements.

The quality of work for such a small team was impressive. They were also realistic in their expectation setting and timelines.

I would have liked to see more proactiveness in the management of the accounts, bringing problem areas to the forefront quicker.

Prior to bringing on Steadfast, PPC and Paid social programs had been only marginally effective, then shut off altogether. We worked with Steadfast Digital to revamp the Google PPC program, revamp the product feed, revisit Facebook strategy and campaigns, and fix the link tagging so we could get better reporting and provide better data signals to the engines. We are seeing vastly improved ROAS, and we now rely on Steadfast for ongoing program support.

Improved ROAS, plus an ability to operate paid programs effectively with a small internal team.

I have worked with many digital agencies over the past 20 years. Steadfast is the most responsive agency I have ever worked with, which is extremely important in a fast-paced retail environment where it is important to be able to not only drive business but also react to business.

Steadfast also does an amazing job of understanding the needs of the business, and aligning their strategies and reporting (both in the presentation of data as well as the unvarnished objectivity of their analysis) to the business, and not just to satisfy a KPI. The level of trust I have with them is unparalleled.

We wanted to demonstrate product-market fit, so we utilized paid marketing. Our KPIs were leads and sign-ups to increase conversations and lower the cost per conversation.

Steadfast was very timely in their project deliverables. Not only were they very timely but their work demonstrated very detailed analysis. In addition, they are very hands-on in testing everything.

Yad and his team have extensive knowledge not only in paid media but digital marketing as a whole. The team is very data-driven and detailed in their approach.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Steadfast Digital could have done differently?

Although Steadfast Digital is very knowledgeable about their space, we need additional services such as creatives and email marketing. Their fee's on the higher end however this is justified given the experience level.
