The project involved the end-to-end design and development of an AI-powered reputation management and intelligence SaaS platform built specifically for the hospitality industry. Starstack Technologies supported us in transforming our product concept and requirements into a scalable, production-ready platform. The scope included:

• UI/UX design for the web application and dashboards.
• Frontend and backend development of the SaaS platform.
• Development of a Unified Review Inbox to manage hotel guest reviews from multiple online platforms.
• Integration with major review sources, including Google, Booking.com, and Tripadvisor.
• Implementation of AI-powered review response generation, including multilingual and customizable responses.
• Development of reputation analytics and dashboards covering ratings, sentiment, review trends, response performance, and other key metrics.
• Real-time negative-review alerts through WhatsApp and email.
• Development of hotel, group-level, and administrative dashboards with appropriate user access and management capabilities.
• Cloud infrastructure setup and deployment on AWS, including development, QA, and production environments.
• Testing, bug fixing, performance optimization, deployment, and ongoing technical support.

The key deliverable was a scalable, cloud-based SaaS platform that enables hotels to centralize guest reviews, use AI to respond efficiently, monitor their online reputation, and turn guest feedback into actionable insights.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All core modules shipped as scoped: review aggregation, reputation scoring, AI-assisted response generation, PDF reporting, and competitor benchmarking.

Daily email alerts and WhatsApp alerts (via Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform) delivered accurately and on schedule for new reviews and critical reputation events.

Successful connectivity with major third party platforms for data aggregation.

Additional platform integrations and feature expansions approved and greenlit by the client as the product matured, reflecting confidence in the build.

Strong, ongoing collaboration with the client resulting in continued scope expansion and a long-term working relationship.

What challenge were you trying to address with Starstack?

We needed to implement a user-friendly CMS for the winners' page on the website of Career Heights, a coaching institute for central government jobs in India and a client of Studio Cherian. We designed their website using Framer and wanted to make the interface straightforward, direct, and easier for Career Heights' administration staff to quickly update the winners on the website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Starstack implemented and deployed a Strapi CMS. They built fields for the student's image, name, job, and a dropdown list of the exams to choose from.

We worked with an unknown number of teammates from Starstack.
