The task was to create a brand identity for Sunrise Plastic Industries to communicate the values of trust, quality, technical prowess, and mutual growth. Communication of these values was of utmost importance to us as we are in the B2B industry which is highly cluttered, the brief was to strike a differentiation amongst our competitors to land high-ticket corporate clients. Through research had to be done to understand consumer mindsets and gain insights from the industry, this also includes researching and gaining learnings from the existing brands in the industry. 

Following were the key deliverables for the same: 

• Brand identity: Identifying colour theme, Logo, and Brand elements. 
• Packaging design: Attractive packaging design and communication as per the industry standards as it acts as a key brand touchpoint for all consumers. 
• Catalog design: Creating a product catalog that acts as a key marketing collateral which can be used at exhibitions, and sales meetings. This is one of the most important collaterals from a company introduction and sales perspective. 
• Website: Creating UI-UX-based customized website, in line with the brand identity. The main idea for creating the website was to build trust amongst the new customers, act as a communication touchpoint and introduction for new customers. Website is also crucial from a marketing perspective as various sections of the website would serve as landing pages for different Digital marketing activities. The website had to be SEO optimised for certain product key words In order to be the leading company for all new enquiries. 
• Exhibtion stall design: A standard layout and model for the stall was required for all our upcoming exhibitions. Brand communication at the stall and design aspects were catered in lines with brand identity.

Quantitative metrics: 

Customer footfalls: The number of customers visiting our stalls during an Expo when compared to our competitors at the same expo. Fruitful customer meetings can also be considered. 

Web traffic: Monthly visitors to the website.

Relevant web traffic: This was identified as the ratio between monthly web traffic vs product inquiries on the Contact Us form. 

Organic catalogue uptakes: This is identified as the number of catalog uptakes during the exhibition from the catalogue stand, this demonstrates the attractive design that catches consumer attention, irrespective of the customer directly / indirectly related to our business. 

Customer conversion ratio before and after the project: This is a success ratio of New customer meetings vs converted customers post meetings. IT is compared on a yearly basis before and after the project.

Before starting the project, the project had a breakdown of goals and deliverables at every stage that was discussed well ahead before commencing. A proper sequence of events was identified for the project in such a way that interdependent tasks were completed beforehand so that it will not hinder any critical events of the project in future, for Eg: Product photography, consumer research, Brand goal meetings etc.

• Project management experience: Starsouk was well-equipped to understand our requirements and was always on the toes to respond to any of our queries, requirements or changes in the scope of deliverables. Never heard a No for anything which is quite commendable. 
• Precise recommendations for fruitful outcomes: Certain deliverables and the scope of the project were expanded by them for instance professional product photography, change in packaging design. However, this recommendation were not made to increase the bill amount but we had a positive impact on the project due to their recommendations. 
• Active Communication and Client Involvement: Constant communication and timely project updates on the progress helped in the successful completion of the project. Moreover they made sure our involvement was up to the mark so that there is no mismatch among our expectation  and executed deliverables.

• Use of project management tools: They could have used project management tools to give updates on completed tasks, and estimated deadlines for deliverables. Follow-up on such things was done manually via emails. 
• A final project summary: A total walk-through of the whole project after project completion and a strategic outlook on how best to use the collateral recommendations can help.

Starksouk discusses and shows all the past work at the beginning of every meeting. So that, it can be polished every time.

The details or content in the Website should be so designed in such a manner that doesn’t provide any kind of offers or services or professional work or advertisement of professional achievement, and if it is found against the guidelines, then the appropriate action will be initiated by the ICAI in terms of its disciplinary. We also faced some challenges like making UI/UX design according to the client's needs because make a website according to ICAI was difficult.
