I needed to create my online store before an event. My previous developer wasn't on track to deliver on time. I only had 3 weeks so I needed someone that could work with me on a very tight schedule.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I contacted several developers, I selected started digital because the communication was very easy and straight forward. Prashant is very responsive (less than 1 hour) and he is very clear on what can be done, what can't be done, and on the timeline. I appreciated that a lot because I know the information he provide is reliable and I can plan accordingly.

The project was to build a shopify store for my business with my branding and also with many many personalized things I wanted for my website. All of that needed to be delivered in 3 weeks.

I was dealing with one person which is great because I didn't need to explain over and over my needs.

The project was delivered within 3 weeks as per our agreement and Prashant also managed to find some cost efficient option for all the personnalisations I wanted for my website as he understands that as a new business the budget is tight.

The communication is very clear and straight forward, I like it! Prashant is reliable, when he sets a timeline he delivers on it. Never ever did he ask for an extension or have I had to send a reminder on anything. Professional, reliable and very very competent.

The trust. I was confortable enough before I hired started digitals and when we started the work, that's when I saw on the ground how professional and reliable Prashant was. He is very responsive and always finds solutions. If I have an issue on my website he fixes it within a few hours. I am so grateful he is my developper.

Sorry to disappoint but I have no improvement points to share/
