Starfire does fantastic work. Shawn was my partner through the entire process and she is exceptionally accountable and detail oriented. I am a perfectionist and she worked with me to ensure that our website met my expectations. Development milestones were delivered on time. Changes and edits were completed promptly and professionally.

We hired starfire to develop website for reviews on businesses. Kida like yelp

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Local company good reviews on google, probably fake

They made a site that looked terrible,.so we sent them mockup

3 people, a customer service staff and 2 developers

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Time line was around 3 months, took like a year. The problem is that the website did not work, you can not leave a review, not all data was uploaded, looks like some child made it in 4th grade. After consistently informing them that the website doesn't work, they took down the website and extoeted a payment $5000, in order to tranfer the site.

They pretty much overestimateed themselfs. Realising they are incapable of completing the project. after evaluation from 3rd party they said its super basic and has no protection. Basically anyone can steal the information

We were always responding, them not so much, sometimes took them weeks to respond

They can stop overestimating themselves to people just to take their money.
