I am an account manager for a financial market platform. Personally, I am responsible for business development and bringing new ideas and product solutions to our advertisers, mainly in Italy, but also outside of the country.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

It was a technical implementation that took a few weeks and shows website users the performance of a list of certificates. They did the design and iframe development that would display the data in order of daily performance. The idea was to collect this data and bring it into an iframe so that we could promote it on our site.

Each stock has two different financial products, and for this specific product, we created a box that would be clicked on and send the user to the client page. The page would then have a strong call to action that offers users the opportunity to connect to the product page. It was very effective in terms of conversion.

It was a small group that was focused on our project. We had one main point of contact, and there were maybe six people involved.

I posted a job description on Upwork. After interviewing different companies, they were one of the best.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent less than $10,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from July–September 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They were very professional and helped us a lot in building a very good product. Everyone has been very satisfied with the work they have done with us; the client was very happy with the overall design they made, and we were really happy about that. Everyone was very surprised about how fast they were in building the product as well.

The conversions and click-through rates are the two main metrics we have tracked. Two weeks after launching, they jumped almost 25%. We made some adjustments along the way and it was very successful for the client.

How did Staple Logic Pvt. Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very professional, precise, and focused on the main goals of the project itself. They were also very committed and always asked about improving specific sections of the project. There was a very strong focus on the client's goal, and they listened to us a lot when we provided feedback, improved on certain areas.

Not only were they professional, but they were very fast in bringing us new ideas and mock-ups for the product development. We had different milestones during that time, and they were very fast in moving forward and making the changes that we required.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their professionalism and fast reaction set them apart. They were available anytime, even during the night. I would definitely recommend them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not really. They have a good team with the right people, and they provide a good service to their clients.

I hired staple logic to complete a project of my client. The project was the development of E-commerce website development.

The solution has to be developed custom with an extension like custom group products and online donation method.

They are web development and designing company based out in Mohali. They mainly work on open source technologies.

The project had designer, E-commerce developer, tester and Project Manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The website was developed in time and they provided us full support till then. The client was very happy with the end results and shared very positive feedback.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They were able to understand the requirement, So I do have to ping my client again and again. Without asking so many queries, they completed the project in a given deadline.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their support and professionalism were very impressive.

Nothing that comes to my mind.
