I’m the co-founder of Trust Auto Care, a car care store in Al Ain, UAE, offering car wash, detailing, tinting, paint protection film (PPF), and premium automotive care services for local customers.

We needed to design and develop a professional website that clearly presented our car care services and helped customers in Al Ain understand what we offer. The main goals were to improve our online presence, make the business look more premium and trustworthy, showcase services like car wash, detailing, tinting, and PPF, and make it easier for customers to contact or visit the store.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since the website was newly launched, we’re still monitoring long-term performance. However, the main measurable outcomes so far are that we now have a live professional website, clearer service pages, improved mobile experience, easier customer contact options, and a stronger online presence for people searching for car care services in Al Ain.
Stackzeno has also supported SEO, AI, and GEO optimization by improving the website structure, service content, local search relevance, and making the business easier to discover through Google and AI-powered search results. This has given us a central place to send customers instead of relying only on calls or social media messages.
We’ve noticed a stronger online presence and a clearer way for customers to understand our services before contacting us. It’s still early to measure long-term traffic performance, but the website has helped improve customer trust, made inquiries easier through direct contact options, and given us a better foundation for SEO, AI, and GEO visibility.
The biggest change is that we now have a professional platform that supports Google search, AI-powered search visibility, and local discovery for customers looking for car care services in Al Ain.
Overall, the feedback has been positive so far. Our team feels the website makes us look more professional and gives customers a clearer understanding of our services before they contact us or visit the store. It also helps staff share one simple link with customers instead of explaining every service manually. Overall, the website has made the business feel more credible, organized, and easier to present online.

But overall, the experience has been positive, and the final website has matched our expectations.

Stackzeno was responsible for designing and developing the TimeGate platform from the ground up. The scope included UI/UX design, frontend and backend development, database structure, admin dashboard, employee management, attendance tracking, live check-in/check-out functionality, shifts, leaves, payroll, reports, branch setup, warnings, notifications, user roles, and system settings.

The main deliverables were a complete web-based workforce management platform, a clean and easy-to-use dashboard, secure user access, core HR and attendance features, reporting tools, and a scalable system structure that can support multiple branches and future improvements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project successfully delivered a complete working platform with all core modules in place, including employee management, live attendance, shifts, leaves, payroll, reports, branches, warnings, notifications, and user roles. Stackzeno helped turn the idea into a functional product with a clean dashboard, organized workflows, and a scalable structure ready for real business use. The main success was moving from concept to a usable system that can manage daily workforce operations more efficiently and reduce manual HR and attendance work.

Overall, we were satisfied with Stackzeno’s work and the final result. One area for improvement would be providing more frequent progress previews or milestone summaries during development, so we could review features earlier and give feedback faster. Other than that, they were responsive, professional, and delivered what we needed.

DishDash is a restaurant discovery platform mainly focused on the US, with presence in the Middle East, helping friends see how they rate restaurants on the map, discover real ratings from people they trust, and view reviews, images, and posts shared by others. Users can also make their profiles public so others can see their favorite places, ratings, reviews, and photos.

The project included the full development and launch of DishDash’s digital platform, covering the website, mobile app, and admin dashboard. Stackzeno handled the design, development, and technical setup needed to bring the platform to life, including key features such as restaurant discovery, map-based ratings, friend recommendations, user reviews, uploaded images, public profiles, and backend management tools. 
The scope also included ongoing social media content creation and management to build awareness, explain the platform, and support user growth. In addition, Stackzeno supported SEO, AEO, and AIO to improve DishDash’s visibility across search engines, answer engines, and AI-powered discovery platforms.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered 100% of the core DishDash platform scope, including the website, mobile app, and admin dashboard. Key product features were completed, such as map-based restaurant discovery, friend ratings, user reviews, image uploads, public profiles, and backend management tools. 
Stackzeno also supported DishDash’s growth setup, with social media content management improving brand presence by around 60%, while SEO, AEO, and AIO foundations helped improve online discoverability by around 40%. Overall, the project moved DishDash from an early-stage idea to a live, usable platform with the digital, content, and visibility tools needed to attract users and grow over time.

Stackzeno did a strong job overall, but one area that could have been improved is having a more structured process for updates, priorities, and timelines. Since the project included several parts, including the website, app, dashboard, social media, SEO, AEO, and AIO, it would have helped to have clearer milestone tracking and more regular progress summaries. This would make it easier to follow what was completed, what was in progress, and what needed final approval.
