Tradesec AMC India Private Limited , an Indian company collaboration with the Italian leading smart intrusion alarm system manufacturer company AMC Elettronica was founded in 1974, has completed 50+ successful years of manufacturing excellence, and offers a complete range of smart intrusion alarm solutions globally. Today AMC Elettronica has a well-established distribution in over 58+ countries globally with 60+ high-end EN 50131 Certified wired & wireless products with high-quality designs.

Our aim is to keep your premises safer and more secure. We have over 5 decades of manufacturing experience in EN-graded smart intrusion alarm control panels, detectors, sirens, and dialers. We are undertaking R&D activities focused on innovations to develop new products, improve existing ones, or add features. In coordination with our distribution partners, we provide smart intrusion alarm security solutions for residences, banks, warehouses, retail chains, showrooms, factories, museums, defense, and others.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Stacknyu to accomplish?

• To Build Security Monitoring System with Heartbeat Management that connects with any device based on SIADC09, CID, Zigbee, MODBUS, MQtt Protocols along with ONWIF Protocol for live CCTV Feed.
• Implement support for ONVIF and WebRTC protocols to deliver live CCTV feeds and enable AI-powered video monitoring.
• Design a hierarchical role-based dashboard with Admin, Manager, and User roles at every level.
• Provide real-time event tracking for alarms, fire panels, device power status, and connectivity (online/offline).
• Enable multi-channel notifications (Telegram, WhatsApp, Push, Email) with advanced customization, escalation rules, and routing.
• Build an analytics and reporting module for alarm history, device trends, and automatic PDF/Excel exports.
• Add temporary and scoped access controls for integrator entities, with full audit logging of user actions.
• Provide a modular extension system so new device protocols and integrations can be plugged in with minimal effort.
• Ensure scalability and high availability, supporting thousands of devices and concurrent users with minimal latency.

We partnered with the team to build the Alartx platform from the ground up. They designed and developed the entire system, including both the backend and the dashboard we use every day.

The platform was set up with different roles and permissions so that integrators, organizations, groups, and sites can each access only what they need. It works smoothly in real time, with safety checks in place to make sure permissions update instantly.

They also made the system capable of handling different devices and communication protocols. This means it can work with alarm systems, CCTV cameras, and even prepare for future integrations like Zigbee, MODBUS, and MQTT.

On the user side, they built a modern dashboard with clear role-based views. It includes fire system monitoring, device health checks, live CCTV feeds, and an interactive real-time map.

To improve response during emergencies, they also created a smart notification system. It sends alerts through multiple channels like WhatsApp, Telegram, push notifications, and email. The notifications can be customized with rules and escalation paths so teams are alerted quickly and can take action right away.
