Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CTO of Fynch Smart Mobility. We help companies in cities with carbon accounting to track, analyze, and reduce carbon emissions.

What challenge were you trying to address with Square D Circle?

We needed UI/UX design for the MVP of an app that we wanted to launch.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The app was launched last week. We’ve already received positive feedback from customers, which is the biggest measure of success. Square D Circle also delivered quickly on everything we gave them.

How did Square D Circle perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was straightforward and informal. We primarily communicated via email and phone, and it was quite good.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their speed has been a pleasant surprise compared to our experience with prior companies. Another strong point is their ability to understand our ideas and transform them into the design. They have exceeded our expectations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything.

Let their ideas flow, as they come up with good ones. Talk with them, not at them.
