I'm the CEO of Level Up HR, a company that helps leaders build organizations where people thrive and results follow by bringing in senior HR leadership exactly when it's needed. We deliver HR projects, consulting, and interim support as HR for Hire or as a Fractional CPO.

What challenge were you trying to address with Sparklabs?

We needed to build a great website that represented our brand and the work we do.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sparklabs provided web design, web development, UX/UI design, big data consulting and SI, and CRM consulting. The team delivered a finished website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We launched the website and connected it with other tools, including CMS, Google Analytics, and Substack. Sparklabs quickly built an understanding of my business, the results I get for my clients, and what my brand of strategic HR is all about. I'm very happy with the results. The quality of both the service and the deliverables was top-notch. The website is clear, thoughtful, and strategically aligned. It is not just visually polished, but a strong reflection of how I work with clients.

How did Sparklabs perform from a project management standpoint?

Sparklabs delivered on time, and expectations were managed well throughout the project when certain elements were going to take longer than we first thought. We communicated via virtual meetings.

I'm the chief commercial officer of Almatech SA. We develop ultra-stable structures, high-precision mechanisms, and thermo-optical hardware for the European space industry. We supply critical components and engineering services for major ESA missions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sprklabs was responsible for the full setup and deployment of our corporate website. Their scope of work included the overall website implementation, integration of visual animations and imagery, and the layout and formatting of the content.Sprklabs worked based on textual content we provided, which they reviewed, structured, and adapted for web publication. 
We had several meetings with the Sprklabs team to gain a solid understanding of our technical domain, core competencies, and market sectors to ensure the website accurately reflected our activities.Following an internal testing and review phase, Sprklabs managed the final go-live of the website and ensured its proper online deployment.

We found Sprklabs through an online search and a referral. We chose them over other options because they were close to our geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Sprklabs delivered successfully and in line with the agreed scope, timeline, and quality expectations. The website was launched smoothly after the testing phase, with no major issues at go-live. From a measurable standpoint, the project showed success through clear progress milestones being met, effective coordination with our team, and the delivery of a fully functional, modern corporate website aligned with our branding and technical positioning.
Internally, the new website has improved the clarity and consistency of our external communication and provides a solid, scalable platform to support future updates, content additions, and business development activities. Although it's still early to draw firm conclusions on the long-term impact, the initial indicators are encouraging. In particular, overall website traffic has already increased by approximately 50% compared to the previous site. 
At this stage, this early uplift suggests improved visibility and accessibility, while more meaningful insights on user engagement and conversion will require a longer observation period. Since the launch of the new website, we've received positive feedback from internal stakeholders, particularly our employees, who have highlighted the improved look, clarity, and professionalism of the site. 
In addition, a number of clients have shared informal positive comments, noting that the website better reflects our expertise, technical positioning, and overall image compared to the previous version.

Sprklabs demonstrated strong project management throughout the project and delivered in line with the agreed timeline. They were flexible and adapted well to our planning constraints and availability, which contributed to a smooth and well-coordinated delivery.We communicated through in-person meetings and emails or messaging apps.

What we found most impressive was the excellent communication throughout the project. Sprklabs was responsive, clear, and proactive in their exchanges, which made collaboration efficient and transparent. Their ability to understand our needs and translate them into concrete actions was a key factor in the project's success.
