I'm the chief commercial officer of Almatech SA. We develop ultra-stable structures, high-precision mechanisms, and thermo-optical hardware for the European space industry. We supply critical components and engineering services for major ESA missions.

What challenge were you trying to address with Sprklabs?

We needed help with the development of our company's website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sprklabs was responsible for the full setup and deployment of our corporate website. Their scope of work included the overall website implementation, integration of visual animations and imagery, and the layout and formatting of the content.Sprklabs worked based on textual content we provided, which they reviewed, structured, and adapted for web publication. 
We had several meetings with the Sprklabs team to gain a solid understanding of our technical domain, core competencies, and market sectors to ensure the website accurately reflected our activities.Following an internal testing and review phase, Sprklabs managed the final go-live of the website and ensured its proper online deployment.

We found Sprklabs through an online search and a referral. We chose them over other options because they were close to our geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

We worked together from September–December 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Sprklabs delivered successfully and in line with the agreed scope, timeline, and quality expectations. The website was launched smoothly after the testing phase, with no major issues at go-live. From a measurable standpoint, the project showed success through clear progress milestones being met, effective coordination with our team, and the delivery of a fully functional, modern corporate website aligned with our branding and technical positioning.
Internally, the new website has improved the clarity and consistency of our external communication and provides a solid, scalable platform to support future updates, content additions, and business development activities. Although it's still early to draw firm conclusions on the long-term impact, the initial indicators are encouraging. In particular, overall website traffic has already increased by approximately 50% compared to the previous site. 
At this stage, this early uplift suggests improved visibility and accessibility, while more meaningful insights on user engagement and conversion will require a longer observation period. Since the launch of the new website, we've received positive feedback from internal stakeholders, particularly our employees, who have highlighted the improved look, clarity, and professionalism of the site. 
In addition, a number of clients have shared informal positive comments, noting that the website better reflects our expertise, technical positioning, and overall image compared to the previous version.
