We needed to launch our first website and have some downloadable resources ready ASAP. Instead of just jumping into tasks, The Spot took us through their super smooth intake process, getting to know our brand inside out. This made everything so much faster and more aligned from the start.
They delivered exactly what we needed—and then some! We got a great website, a super handy Brand Book with all our design elements in one place, plus a bunch of reusable assets. They even gave us typography tips and helped with things we hadn’t even thought about. Overall, an amazing experience that saved us tons of time and effort!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We launched our website on time and had all the resources we needed, ready to go. The Brand Book became our go-to reference, saving us tons of time on future design work. Plus, having a clear, consistent brand identity helped us look more professional from day one.

On top of that, the whole process was so smooth that we probably cut our timelines by 2-3 times. Instead of constant back-and-forth, everything was clear from the start, which made a massive difference. Overall, we got way more than we expected, and the results still benefit us every day!
