We cooperate with SF on a motion design project for our company. We craft a series of short animated commercial videos for Instagram and also pack of animated stories, for our clients

What were your goals for this project?

We were in need of trusted partners in animation and design, who will also provide high-quality staff. As a digital agency we have a lot of tasks from our clients on different animated posts, and other social media products. So the main goal was to find a studio that can provide all we need in a short time and on a high quality level

We found SF studio by adv on Facebook, contacted them, and was very pleased by our talk and their professional level. So we decide to work with them immediately

We had a great experience working with SF studio, and we also continue to work with them now. They have a great team that has no problems with communication. We organize our work via Skype and continue further cooperation there

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

We coordinate our work via Skype and also used email sometime. From the SF side, we have a project manager, that is an expert in his job. He always reacts to our question very quickly and gives professional support etc.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have a statistic how the animation influents to client profile views and coverage, but this is confidential information. But in average CTR have been growth almost to half after our campaign

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They have a great workflow, we had a very good experience, nothing to add.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The way the SF studio understand the task and complete it, and also we were very surprised that their team have no problems in working with Hebrew

Are there any areas for improvement?

The are always some areas for improvement, in overall we are very pleased with work we made. Maybe we wish lower prices

Our main goal was to make a video as much simple as possible but in other hand very attractive from the visual side and design. It should have a modern look because we sell design templates, and that is why our video should look extra modern and trendy

We have compared their portfolio with other worldwide studios that our marketing manager had chosen, and after a few days of review, we stopped on this vendor. Their work was extremely nicely designed and have smooth and clean animation.

We have the first contact via email, after a short brief, we schedule a skype call. The vendor was very polite and professional, they have asked us all needed questions, and we proceed to work on the script immediately. After we made a skype group, where we have coordinated all our actions with their team

Project managment was organized well via skype, and we had 3 rows of corrections after recieve 1st draft

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The final product was delivered in time and meet our expectations. We are very happy with the final result, Spor&Friends team did the job at a high level, and even more, they added a lot of cool animation and design ideas in addition to ours, and the final product became even cooler than we expect.

Very nice, clear and productive

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I think the most impressive was how these guys can catch the client's needs and craft the needed product that hits the needs of 110%. They have really high skill at producing such videos. Just tell them what you need - and this team will do the job

All was done at a very high level. Nothing to add. Very recommend

I work as the Co-Founder and we are an online network in the video production space connecting brands and creators.

One of our clients - who is a market leader in their domain had a requirement to get a video produced for a new service that they were about to launch. The video would be consumed by top-government officials and hence it had to be extremely high quality. The video would have been an animation video with high-quality graphics. Plus we were very short on timelines.

What were your goals for this project?

A high-quality + high-impact 2D Character driven motion graphics video in the timelines - which were 2 weeks.

How did you select this vendor?

We have been scouting for great talent across the world. We loved their work portfolio online. We even made a trip to their office to personally meet the team members and see their setup. We were confident about them, their team capabilities.

We had the script locked. The team then started working on the storyboards and character finalisation. Once the characters, the styling and the mood board was completed. We got into the animation and the final packaging.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Quick feedback on Skype and mails. We would chat and be in touch constantly to seek feedback. Progress would be communicated to us daily since the project had sharp deadlines.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to pull off a high quality - high impact motion graphics video just as we wanted in the 2 weeks time given to the team.

Extremely clear is letting us know that what would be possible and what not be possible in the time available.

Creativity - Illustration skills - Animation skills - Speed

Are there any areas for improvement?

They are great at their work - and good work requires good time but the industry and market is moving fast paced. They need to get more quicker on usual projects :)

We have a very complex production process. And our main problem is to explain what will happen after potential investor will make an investment in our company. How the work process will go, and how his money will works. This process is divided into several stages, and we decided to make a video Explainer about this process flow. For our potential investors, to make the whole process simpler to understand.

What were your goals for this project?

We hope that our potential investors will understand our complex productions process in an easy way, with nice and clear animation. This will helps them, to make final decisions faster, and will save time for both sides.

We choose approximately 10 animation studios from different parts of Europe. After, we make a schedule with skype calls. In skype calls we tried to understand is the vendor a professional, is he a client-friendly and response. We also explored their portfolios and works. A very important point for us was also the ability of the vendor to make all in one place. I mean animation, illustration, script, sound design and so on. Taking to attention all these factors we choose Spor&Friends. They are really high-class professionals

Vendor role was full-cycle video-explainer. So they made for us all starting from the script (based on exploring our company) and finished with sound design. When our project starts, we have a meeting with the vendor, they ask several questions for understanding more clearly about the project details. Then we have a long conversation about our company. The vendor had made the script later based on this information and our needs. We also had provided them our presentation and brand materials. Spor&Friends really high-class professionals, they have the talent to integrate into your business and explore the problem, and then make an awesome script, that describes your problem and shows the solution in way of modern and high-quality animation.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Work process with this vendor is very clear and nice. The vendor makes a clear storyboard and writes all timings when and what will be ready. They always share with as the work process and keep us informed about current work stage. I'm was not asked the vendor how many people were involved form their side, but I always contacted with their Art Director Valerii, and project manager Vladislav. Also, we spoke several times with their lead designer Alina. After work was finished we have two rounds of feedback, all was clear and done nicely, there were only a few minor changes from our side.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After we launch the video, we have received many positive feedback from our potential and current investors, they said that the work process had become much more clear for them, and they have more understanding about what will going on after they will make investments. This is the most positive factor for us, and this is increased our chances to get more investments and also get them much faster. Also, we used this video in presentations and exhibitions.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was extremely effective. We had used slack for more convenient work. Vendors always had kept us updated during all production stages. They also had make all work in time, and even a little bit earlier

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive point for me is that they are really high-class professionals, and they always know the solution. They have a unique ability to explain very complex things in an easy and modern way

Are there any areas for improvement?

Working with Spor&Friends has been a real pleasure. I learned a lot and am very happy with their work
