After that we selected a valid solution and approach to the project proposed by spinbits. Then we had MVP development phase and then after tests the product was sequentially deployed in the region. Right now we are regularly adding new features to the system.

Sometimes we met face to face in their office in Gdańsk, but usually, once for two weeks, we made video calls through Google Meet. I knew each step of the project, so I patiently followed the progress.

Whole process was super smooth and informative, we changed our ideas a few times but spinbits team covered that, they were informative and professional so we know what to expect and what is the new timeline.

They delivered the complete CRM as we wanted. We have received documentation after that, technologies used were: Symfony, vue.js, GraphQL, mariaDB, apify, strapi.

We received the product on expected time. Even with few pivots on our side, we have minimally crossed our deadline so spinbits estimates were on point. Product is great, we are still working with spinbits to maintain it (they also created infrastructure for the product).

Their project management is great - they are open and real when it comes to budgets, timeline and ideas. For the tools - we have used Jira, Trello and Slack with calls using Google Meets. They met all deadlines, never late for a meeting.

They had an impressive approach to the customer and care about the business. They want to help you grow. They suggest solutions that are financially better a lot of times. This is really outstanding - this is a true business partnership.

We offer cleaning services for houses. There are two options, standard cleaning and premium cleaning. We used to book house cleanings through phone calls, but it took too much time, and this is why we needed an app and decided to invest in technology to improve the booking process. I wanted the application to be reliable and unfailing. Spinbits suggested using the best technology: PHP, Symfony, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL. When you open the app, you choose the type of service - standard or premium. Then, enter the size of the area in square meters.

Next, the system calculates how long it takes to clean this surface. For example, cleaning 200 square meters lasts for 8 hours. Then, the calendar opens, so it’s time to choose the date of the service. Depending on whether it’s a working day or a weekend - prices may vary. After selecting the time, the price appears. If it suits you, the app redirects you to the payment system, where you have to pay for the service. Then, you receive transaction and order confirmations. After that, the only thing you have to do is wait to have your house cleaned!
