NIX Telefon and the NIX board need a modern new web presence to revitalize the NIX brand and showcase their services in an engaging way to the public and business. The websites should position NIX as a self-evident authority within both the service to "nix his number" and as a knowledge database against companies. 

A basic design is produced as a sedan applied for both sites, which can also be copied for several sites and areas of use in the future. Both sites use Easyweb CMS. The website must be easy to administer and further develop and have elaborate flows for the best possible SEO and conversion. Some important requirements: 

• Operational safety and monitoring 24/7 
• Available support and service in Swedish
• Easy to maintain (maintenance-free) and safe
• Responsive frontend coding ("mobile + desktop first") 
• Other: 
  • graphic contrast (>4.5:1)
  • fuse >3% acc. w3schools.org (browser, OS, resolutions) 
  • internal quality testing before delivery

• Time savings for administration
• Fewer calls to customer service regarding questions that can be answered with a functioning web

We have experienced a closeness to the project throughout the process and also a very quick response time when we had questions or comments. Sphinxly is very responsive and proactive. With limited internal resources, we needed someone to lead us in the right direction and hold our hand.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Simplicity in communication is extremely important in collaboration. We experienced a priceless and generous delivery, which we greatly appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sphinxly could have done differently?

Not at present. Our collaboration continues with ongoing web development, and we use them for Social Media Management. Should something arise that we wish to change, I expect the same responsiveness as we previously experienced.

I’m the CEO of F1R Payroll Outsourcing and a partner in First Reserve Recruitment. I oversee our digital products and vendor relationships.

For what projects/services did your company hire Sphinxly?

Our website needed a whole new look and functionality. We didn’t have the expertise to develop it ourselves and so we wanted to outsource the project.

What were your goals for this project?

To increase the number of conversions on the website, while at the same time gaining an easy to manage tool that allowed us to update the site’s content internally. We wanted help with our SEO and online advertising too.

How did you select this vendor?

We met with four different suppliers and compared their competencies, references, tools, our feeling about them, and their prices. Sphinxly distinguished itself through dedication, good tools, and a simple and smooth sales process.

Describe the project in detail.

We were relatively quick to start the project after signing an agreement. We had a couple of introductory meetings and received a first draft of the new site. Throughout six rounds of mockups, Sphinxly was incredibly responsive to our needs and amazingly creative in their solution orientation.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a project manager and a designer. Developers were also involved, but we’ve not had to keep track of them, which is good as it’s not our area of expertise.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The webpage is not online yet but our experience with Sphinxly has been excellent. Daniel (Creative Director, Sphinxly) is an incredibly skilled designer so our expectations for the launch is very high.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very effective. They used a good project tool to oversee the work.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their design expertise impressed me, as well as the simplicity of communication with them.

There’s nothing to improve on.

We are a bullion trader located in Sweden, dealing with bars and coins in gold and silver for investment purpose. I am one of the founders and CEO of the company since start.

Create a website for a new company in a well established segment of bullion traders.

What were your goals for this project?

We were looking for a "softer" touch with less figures, numbers and % and focusing on soft values, confidence and trust. Our aim was to stand out with other means than displaying prices at first sight.

I've been working with Sphinxly for many years and were confident that they were able to understand our needs and create an appealing web site for our company.

We started with nothing so everything had to be done from scratch. Since we were well aware of the benefits of the tool "Easyweb" we focused on design, appearance and layout. Everything was well handled by our team at Sphinxly, this including designers, coders, testers.

What was the team composition?

We had a project manager, designers and coders, all working together, and from time to time the CEO, Robert Edvardsson also looked into the team and gave his input.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Since we are new on the market, we can only measure the feedback we get from customers and business associates. Everyone agrees that we have created an appealing website that differs from our competitors. Business is constantly growing and we are satisfied with the development.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We ran a bit late in our timing, but that was due to a change of set-up that included an API which we did not plan to have at the beginning. In all a well performed project!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Sphinxly has the power to create great sites. Their ability to look around the corner to create what we were looking for is impressive and their ability to adapt to customer needs is just as impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

In this project we could not ask for any improvement. Knowing that the need for constant improvement is always there, however this project was extremely well carried out.

Sphinxly has designed Trill Impact’s website in several versions since 2019. For us, it has been important to work with an actor who can contribute to further developing our communication and our brand. Key deliverables for us have been that they must be able to give good suggestions for design and concept, to be flexible, proactive and responsive in our collaboration and to keep to the time plan.

The administration is easy to manage, and most “problems” or questions that occur can be solved through Easyweb. Overall, we are pleased with the outcome and the time savings in the administration.
