I am the founder of iZAC Coin Global Pty Ltd . iZAC is a new concept in crypto identity management. We are embedding your personal DNA and biometrics into the blockchain.

For what projects/services did your company hire Spenz Media?

Since, I am currently working, I didn't have much time to do anything for my blog. It was a hectic task to go through all the set up again and resolve each problem on it with regards to the development. I approached Spenz Media after doing some research on the digital marketing companies.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

Out of 10 Digital marketing companies i came across, 3 had fake reviews, while most of them had a pretty close budget to what i decided. Since, i couldn't pick easily, i decided to narrow down the search by asking for previous work samples and had a few words with their clients over the EMail because the blog of mine would have the same design for a long period of time.

After doing this, Only 2 companies stood in this and i chose Spenz Media in terms of delivery time. Spenz Media had a good track record of delivering on time. It was a tough task to finalise all this and it took me over a week to arrive at the final decision.

The Main motive of the project was to get the blog designed from scratch as the previous domain expired and i couldn't afford to buy it again. The New blog had to be a completely attractive one which had a responsive design and complied with the terms of adsense.

I contributed to the team with my Logo and just a basic overview about how i wanted the blog with the basic functionality as rest of the articles would be added by me over the time after it gets functional. Spenz Media was responsible for designing the website and setting the theme with dark mode included.

The graphic designer kept us in loop for everything like what he is proceeding and by the end of the day we had a report about what was done the following day in terms of changes or designs. The designs were as per us and they fulfilled our expectations

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

The blog designing started around 13th January and was completed on 27th January. The Blog was as per our expectations and also extended a helping hand by Providing an additional 1 month support in case we needed any changes with the design. After the indexing of the Articles, The traffic per day rose to 10-20 per day and it was a sign of improvement for us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The company maintains communication and informs about their every move along with some suggestions. They were all ears to your needs and helped in providing valuable suggestions

No, The Digital marketing company has been doing fine and has fulfilled what we wanted from them.

The main reason we were interested in Spenz Media was that we were lacking in the web traffic we hoped to achieve with the launch of our new website. Guidance was needed around how to tweak our materials to improve our SEO. We weren’t interested in PPC, just in opening the floodgates of organic traffic.

We outsource our Quickbooks management to a third party, and we found them on the first page of Google. Their ranking was impressive, so we asked them who their marketing vendor was, and they named 3–4 different vendors they’d sampled. Spenz Media was one of them.

we were already doing our own reporting on traffic, engagement, and bounce rates, etc., and now Spenz Media tracks all these metrics for us in their own tool. They’re going to send us a monthly report; we’re set to receive the first report next week, and I’m hoping it comes with recommendations and feedback.

We worked with one individual on the sales front. There were 2–3 meetings with him where he pitched us their services. The information was very comprehensive; it was very helpful for us to know what to expect three months and six months in. When we were ready to take action, those meetings gave us confidence.

The impact right now is clear in the interactions we have with Spenz Media every week. Other vendors we’ve worked with have very inconsistent follow-up and speed in responding to questions.

They’re definitely setting the bar. After Spenz Media, I’m going to compare every other vendor to them in this regard. They’re incredibly efficient and responsive.

Their approach of educating and sharing knowledge with their clients stands out. This is determined by the level of engagement they sense from the client, and we’ve been geeking out with them. Because of this knowledge-sharing, we feel that we’re consistently growing our internal marketing strategies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

One fact I’ve consistently seen is that our meetings run on the longer side, and we’re often jumping off of calls to get to the next event. I’d rather we just book a longer slot rather than running over a shorter slot.
