Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the former CMO of Outreach, a software company. Outreach provides a unified sales execution platform that uses automation and AI to help teams manage prospecting, deal management, and forecasting, enabling companies to increase efficiency and close more deals.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Speedwork?

We needed help differentiating ourselves in a crowded market, generating leads and pipeline, and retaining and upselling current customers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Speedwork owned our organic LinkedIn and LinkedIn ads. The team set the strategy, copy, and creative. They also handled budgeting, bidding, optimizations, A/B testing, and reporting and analytics. The content and creative spoke to our key personas.

What is the team composition?

We worked with three teammates from Speedwork.

How did you come to work with Speedwork?

I had worked with Speedwork at a previous company and was very happy with their work, so I brought them to my new role. Their expertise in both paid and organic was unmatched. The team was an excellent business partner and a good steward of our budget.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Speedwork from April 2021–July 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Speedwork surpassed my expectations. The ROI was very high in terms of the numbers generated for the amount of budget spent. We measured success through impressions, clicks, form fills, meetings booked, pipeline, and revenue.

How did Speedwork perform from a project management standpoint?

Speedwork’s project management was excellent. The team delivered on time and was very responsive to our needs. We communicated via Slack and weekly check-in meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Speedwork was incredibly knowledgeable about LinkedIn and was always proactively suggesting new tests and strategies to run. The team was also delightful to work with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for Speedwork to improve.

LinkedIn engagement and number of leads.

We have monthly check in meetings, and there's an excel spreadsheet that is updated daily for my review. They respond to my emails within 48 hours. Really enjoyed working with them so far!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Lead generation ebbs and flows, and they're flexible/understanding of this. What worked last year probably won't work this year, so they work with you to find the best outreach scripts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Speedwork could have done differently?

Overall they've done a great job. My only recommendation is to my old self. Would have been helpful for me to better understand LinkedIn before starting marketing there.
