 The Speedwork team helped set up our LinkedIn ads account 
They are running our LinkedIn ads, and constantly optimizing them to ensure we're getting the most results for our spend 
They help us generate new campaigns and set them live 
They created tracking in our Hubspot and via Looker Studio so we have a clear view of results to date

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• More than doubled the size of our email list through lead magnets and offers, which has made it easier for us to upgrade subscribers into paying members, event attendees, etc and bottom line had a big impact on our revenue growth
• Added hundreds of new customers directly though LinkedIn ads, which obviously has led to a big boost in revenue
• Helped us expand and grow our brand awareness on LinkedIn which has led to more website traffic, LinkedIn follower growth, and more buzz around our brand

• They are always available for us in Slack whenever we need them
• On top of that, they deliver us timely and regular updates on performance and next steps

Speedwork has helped drive both brand awareness and lead generation through a key primary channel: LinkedIn. This has included but is not limited to:

• Optimizing for lower costs and higher efficencies

Speedwork is incredibly organized and responsive (often answer many slacks and emails a day, especially as big campaigns are launching). Overall, we've been very pleased with with thier project management and timely deadlines. When the team has needs, these are met and addressed, and if more time is needed, we are given clear timelines and expectations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Speedwork's team is small and mighty and we are fortune to have worked primarily with their Managing Director and Founder, Anthony. Anthony is able to pivot between high level strategy and execution on a weekly basis. This has been a huge benefit of working with their team as Anthony is a wealth of knowledge pertaining to LinkedIn.

We've partnered with Speedwork Social to plan, execute, and optimize a targeted LinkedIn advertising campaign designed to drive qualified leads and brand awareness among staffing and recruitment professionals. The project includes campaign strategy & set-up, creatives, tracking & analytics, and performance reporting.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Speedwork helped us get fully set up in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, finalized our targeting and messaging, and created all ad visuals and copy. The onboarding was smooth, the creative process was quick, and I appreciated their collaborative nature and availability.

They've been on time with all of their deliverables and quick to answer any messages.

I’m the former CMO of Outreach, a software company. Outreach provides a unified sales execution platform that uses automation and AI to help teams manage prospecting, deal management, and forecasting, enabling companies to increase efficiency and close more deals.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Speedwork?

We needed help differentiating ourselves in a crowded market, generating leads and pipeline, and retaining and upselling current customers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Speedwork owned our organic LinkedIn and LinkedIn ads. The team set the strategy, copy, and creative. They also handled budgeting, bidding, optimizations, A/B testing, and reporting and analytics. The content and creative spoke to our key personas.

What is the team composition?

We worked with three teammates from Speedwork.

How did you come to work with Speedwork?

I had worked with Speedwork at a previous company and was very happy with their work, so I brought them to my new role. Their expertise in both paid and organic was unmatched. The team was an excellent business partner and a good steward of our budget.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Speedwork from April 2021–July 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Speedwork surpassed my expectations. The ROI was very high in terms of the numbers generated for the amount of budget spent. We measured success through impressions, clicks, form fills, meetings booked, pipeline, and revenue.

How did Speedwork perform from a project management standpoint?

Speedwork’s project management was excellent. The team delivered on time and was very responsive to our needs. We communicated via Slack and weekly check-in meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Speedwork was incredibly knowledgeable about LinkedIn and was always proactively suggesting new tests and strategies to run. The team was also delightful to work with.

I can’t think of anything for Speedwork to improve.

We have monthly check in meetings, and there's an excel spreadsheet that is updated daily for my review. They respond to my emails within 48 hours. Really enjoyed working with them so far!

Lead generation ebbs and flows, and they're flexible/understanding of this. What worked last year probably won't work this year, so they work with you to find the best outreach scripts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Speedwork could have done differently?

Overall they've done a great job. My only recommendation is to my old self. Would have been helpful for me to better understand LinkedIn before starting marketing there.
