Speedapp supported SoftServe Poland in recruitment of various IT roles of high complexity. The role of Speedapp was to present matching candidates.

• Speedapp presented a large number of very good candidates who matched our needs, many of them were hired. Thanks to this support SoftServe Poland was able to fulfill the business needs in less time.

The cooperation was well structured, smooth and effective. Speedapp's representatives gathered requirements in a detailed manner, communicated regularly in case of need and delivered well matching profiles within short period of time. Speedapp propsed a convenient tracking solution that was used till the end of the project.

Speedapp gave us outsourcing services of about 30 engineers for the R&D team in Poland, which was the core of our R&D.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a well based outsourcing provider in Poland, that could manage our employees and deal with our rapid growth.

Recruited 30 R&D team members in Poland. Manage their agreements and salaries. Provide all the salary benefits.

We worked with our AM mainly- daily basis. But also with the recruiting team (2-3 people). Support team of salary and benefits.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

SpeedApp provided good candidates, according to our needs, on time, and according to budget. We have a good, strong and creative R&D team thanks to them.

Good communicating skills, service oriented, very nice and helpful. We worked by emails, we gave them short timeliness, and they met them.

People person, work very fast, and care about their customer's needs. Always meaning to help..

No, we were and are very happy with their service; it feels like they're our partner and not a supplier.
