When we asked our partners, we received a positive response on creating a website on Shopify. It has been a long time since we had to call them for any updates on the website.

Most of all, we could manage the website easily in terms of viewing or creating customers’ data. An interactive UI/UX was one of the most commendable parts of the website. We mentioned it specifically in our requirements and they have worked on it as well as possible.

Ever since the deployment, we have seen crucial insights on Google analytics for this website. We are getting good traffic on all of its pages. We are happy with the design and most particularly the customization options.

They used agile methodology to manage our project. We received the project in small chunks of code for dedicated functionalities. We used communications tools like Skype and WhatsApp for regular communication. Meetings would usually be help on Bitrix and Zoom. The project was completed two weeks before the estimated deadline.

A comprehensive understanding of the technology trends, a liberal approach in project management, and analytical discussions were some of the most impressive things we realized while working with them.

We were satisfied with all of their deliverables, but for better associations, we would want them to use platforms like Telegram as well. That would be all.

They had zero absolutely no expertise in telemedicine. I told them this and was planned to do an alternative service. Every time he comes with an excuse that the representative had been sick, then takes a few month says i am discussion with my team. 

EVERYTHING is fake his name is a western name but he told me his original name is something different. I have lost huge time on this postponement some after the other which are FAKE, not existing. I have doubts if the reviews from such a company here are genuine. indeed they are not present in UK land and they pretend are a uk .co.uk

Nothing existed for this person only that big mouth BLUFF they stole nearly 500 USD from me and postponed fake promises as “ I was sick” etc for nearly 1 year.

Extremely brave bluff, if you say can send a shuffle digitally for me to the MARS they per my experience will say WE HAVE EXPERIENCE OF DOING THIS IN THE PAST.

On the next day, after reviewing our requirements, we received a quote from their team with a complete process structure and their inputs on the project. We found everything very comprehensive. We did a social survey with our customers about our new website’s appearance. We received a very positive response. We, as a client of Sparx IT Solutions, are quite satisfied with what we have been delivered so far. We are all set to launch the complete new website very soon.

We were in talks over Skype. However, we were also given choices for WhatsApp and Slack which means they use both of them as communication tools as well. Because of such an approach followed by them, we were not worried about the timelines. Every segment was being delivered timely. And, now we have got enough time to prepare effective marketing strategies before launching the website.

Every member of their team, including people in company leadership, had been very easy to talk to. It felt like someone from our inhouse team was working on our website. We were updated on every major or minor development on our website through communication tools. We received detailed reports on a regular basis. I would call their project management style quite flexible. However, there are schedules defined before every call to keep the pointers of meetings noted and escaping to miss out any major discussion.

There are short-term goals for every development, and so far it has always been achieved. I hope it goes the same in upcoming segments as well.

The team consisted of a designer, a front-end developer, 2 full-stack developers, and a quality analysis support team. This team was headed by an account manager who represented them in all meetings and other coordination.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The final outcome was as outstanding as we wanted. In fact, everything was discussed before implementation. So, it was a team effort and now we have a website which is performing very well and our clients are happier than before.

Everything was planned, discussed, and finalized before implementing the final process. Stage by stage we finalized everything together.

hey asked a lot of questions and that's impressive for me because it showed how interested they were in the project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think they should be less explanatory. We know the business, not the technical stuff. They explained everything so much that I got confused.
