To decide whether our new website design would be easy to use for our different target audiences, we run a test on location with 7 people testing out the website. Federico helped us set up te test, questions and deliverables and supported us during the whole process.

• Number of assets created

We broke down the work in 4-week sprint. At the beginning of the sprint we had a planning session to discuss the work to be done and deadlines. Each week we would have a virtual meeting in which we discussed progress and reviewed the deliverables.

In-between asynchronous feedback was provided. Because of these ways of working, the deliverables were submitted on time. Nevertheless, it happened in 2 circumstances that the deliverable were finalised towards the last days of the sprint leaving little room for review and/or adjustments. The deliverable meet our expectations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We only worked with Federico, so our judgment reflects his attitude to work and his capabilities. What was impressive about them was they understood our needs and provided support on top of the operational activities.

Over the months their work improved a lot. To be even more successful they would need to deliver the same quality of work provided at the end already from day 0.

We asked Sparkr to review and optimise the website we created in Framer. His primary focus was to make sure the website was coherent, work on all devices and resolutions, as well as suggest improvements that could be made to improve both aesthetics but also conversion rates.

Went from having the first iterations of what it should look like to being launch ready and live.

They were incredibly good communicators and fast at replying and following up. If there was any doubt about anything they would seek to clarify immediately and execute in parallel to get it over the line fast (which we needed!).

Federico is a good project manager. He replies quick to messages, is always polite and professional and delivers on time. He makes sure to understand what is required and asks good questions.

Sometimes certain details in the project requirements were overlooked (or perhaps not accurately described by me) . But these were small details, which Federico adjusted and made sure were included. All in all very good job.

Based on existing wireframes, please design the screens for the primary user flow with modern UX standards in place. Also, based on some inspiration apps, provide the user interface design for these screens.

With each increment, new screens were added or feedback was processed.

Federico is very flexible when it comes to making his clients happy. In early stage startups nothing is clear and this can cause some chaos, but he dealt nicely with this and everything was delivered as agreed upon.

Federico's energy, commitment and resilience is amazing. I have faith that he will be very successful moving forwards.

In my particular case, because it was project based, it would have helped if we made the scoping a little more clear. What is expected from me and what is expected from them.
