We worked with Spacebar Visuals on two videos:

• An explainer video
  The goal was to provide better quality leads for demos, both to have a more accurate view of pipeline, and to save the sales team time. Previously, we had been attracting leads who misunderstood what we did, and no amount of website copy seemed to help. Spacebar helped us understand the role that an explainer video could play in this journey, and where and how to implement it. They took time to understand our audience, our messaging and our brand and produced a concise and polished video.
• A testimonial videoTrust and credibility goes a very long way within commercial real estate, and so having high quality testimonials and case studies are always top of mind for our marketing strategy. Spacebar took 3 existing interview videos that I had recorded, as well as some videos of our product in action and turned this into a testimonial video with a clear narrative and storytelling. They took time to understand our clients and their needs, mapped this together and provided us with a slick, concise video that highlights both customer success, trust and positive sentiment, as well as highlighing areas of our product.

Higher quality leads with clearer expectations of our service - sales have not complained about having people join demos with the wrong expectation in mind since we implemented the video into this journey.

Spacebar worked very diligently and quickly to create the videos, despite us requiring a lot of additional changes and edits due to many people being involved. They were always clear about timelines and expectations which made the process smooth and straightforward.

I built a genuine rapport with Cody over the months that we worked together. He took time to get to know me and my challenges both in and outside of work, making collaborating on this project a real joy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Spacebar Visuals could have done differently?

The initial projecy we worked on was a little more difficult that necessary as there were misunderstandings or a lack of education on my side about what to expect at each step (specifically what the storyboard represents and how this will look at the next video stage). This was resolved by the team, but my only feedback that may have made this easier could be to have made it clearer how each step would evolve into the next, so that I could have provided more feedback earlier on.

We have produced two videos with Spacebar so far. The first video was an explainer of our overall product. The second video was a time-sensitive explainer of a new product announcement. Deliverables for both videos included scripting, storyboarding, animation, voiceover and adding music, and post-production and captioning.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcomes from both projects were to have highly produced, educational, and informative videos that clearly communicated the overview and value of our products to our target buyers. The outcomes were certainly achieved!

The Spacebar team had excellent project management. They had clear, proactive communication over email channels updating us on every stage of the project. They shared storyboards and in-progress videos over a separate software which made it very easy to add comments, see different versions, highlight certain aspects, etc. They were very flexible to recieving inputs in various formats (over email, on calls, external references) and did a great job translating those references into our final videos.

Our client, AWS, recently developed an extensive array of new content, including whitepapers, analyst reports, and in-depth product insight resources. We observed that while the target audience were downloading the content, the sheer volume made it challenging for them to find time to read it before being contacted by AWS. 

To address this issue, we leveraged the content to create concise, engaging video summaries, providing an overview in just 90 seconds. This approach ensured that viewers were better informed and more motivated to explore the complete AWS materials. This strategy proved highly successful, and we are now eager to implement it for numerous other blue-chip technology clients.

We hired Spacebar Visuals to create a variety of short-form content for Instagram, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Youtube Shorts for our clients with existing assets. The goal was to repurpose content to get more out of them, and extend the shelf life of already existing video footage.

• We were looking to get as much content as possible, but also make sure that the content was up to the brand standards, and performed well both organically and through paid media.
