The project included digitizing and organizing archival materials, building a scalable content management system, creating audience-specific experiences for educators, orchestras, museums, and media organizations, and developing a Listening Room where visitors can explore Grofé's music. Additional features included downloadable press kits, museum outreach resources, event listings, and inquiry forms for requesting archival materials and sheet music.

The Foundation now has a centralized platform for managing and distributing archival content, recordings, educational materials, and press resources. The site has significantly improved accessibility to Grofé's work and provides a foundation for future educational and outreach initiatives.

Sourcetoad designed and built TDMSmobile from the ground up, a disaster monitoring and debris management platform that supports operations such as truck certification, ROW collection, PPDR, demolitions, haul-out, and disposal tracking. The platform operates fully offline in post-storm scenarios with no cellular service. Sourcetoad also developed custom C++ Bluetooth printer drivers to support rugged field hardware and continues to provide extensive infrastructure support, monitoring, and feature development today.

TDMSmobile is used daily by field crews across the country. It’s resilient in storm-damaged regions, integrates tightly with our internal processes, and has enabled us to modernize and scale our disaster response operations significantly.

The MVP included digitization of our FMV spreadsheets, user flows for automated and manual risk scoring, and support for white-glove assessments. Deliverables included a wireflow-tested design, secure AWS infrastructure, and a full-featured web application used actively by our team and clients.

The full MVP was delivered successfully and ahead of schedule. It is used in active client engagements today, and the project came in under budget.

The team followed Agile best practices with biweekly demos, clear communication, and a responsive PM. We came in under time and under budget, and any requested changes were addressed quickly and professionally.

Sourcetoad met our functionality deadlines. We established clear functionality requirements for supplier testing and usability. As a result, we streamlined administration and increased user engagement.

My team was able to integrate AI, which improved editorial productivity on certain projects by as much as 20%. We also developed new product offerings, although they haven't been released yet.

Their overall management is why we hired them. If anything was behind over the past 24 months, they explained our options, worked hard to revise a plan, and never made excuses. We primarily communicate via Slack, daily emails, weekly meetings, and phone calls.
