We are a manufacturing company that makes materials for picture framing. I'm the CIO.

What challenge were you trying to address with SourceMash Technologies Pvt. Limited?

They are our agency of record for digital transformations.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built our online portal, which is made up of three websites. They launched each site within about nine months, each with different features, functionality, and business needs. One was an online B2B commerce portal that does $150 million in transactions, the second is our branded website that focuses on our brand and product services, and the third was our global services marketing website. The base technology is Magento Commerce Cloud, so it's listed on the SaaS-based version of Magento. They also used Google Apigee, Salsify, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Division, and many other technologies within the stack.

We work with over 40 team members.

How did you come to work with SourceMash Technologies Pvt. Limited?

We found them through a previous company I worked for. They are a boutique shop that offers enterprise services, and they went above and beyond. They're very service-oriented and customer-focused.

How much have you invested with them?

For this particular project, we spent over $1 million, and our long-term agreement is close to $10 million.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2018. The long-term contract is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality is outstanding. We see significant improvements to online penetration, and more customers use the site. Our conversion rates are better, and SEO and SEM have improved five times over. Our internal team members love SourceMash’s work, and we're looking at other business areas where we might use them.

How did SourceMash Technologies Pvt. Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

They're one of the best project managers I've dealt with. They're very communicative, and their documentation and meeting minutes are very transcriptional. They always deliver on or before the requested date, and they're always on or under budget. We use Jira as a project management tool.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're a complete digital transformation partner, and we're very pleased with everything they do for us. We use them to fulfill our whole Microsoft stack, and we're about to move into AI and robotic process automation.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish I had more funding to get more of them on my projects. They're incredible, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Team has repeatedly shown they can learn and adapt both to a mutually agreed upon workflow as well as their overall technical skillset as a whole.

We have effective flows of communication between multiple methods of contact - zoom, slack, phone, asana, etc.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to pivot and provide support on short notice has been most impressive.
