I'm the Co-Founder of Farsiight, a PPC Agency who specialize in servicing local & global SaaS, Marketplace & E-Commerce clients.

We hired Sonder to help us further develop our brand from a design standpoint and build off that to create our new website from the ground up.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to elevate our brand to stand out noticeably in our market as a clear leader and premium partner.

How did you select this vendor?

We outreached to a large number of local agencies (Sonder being one of them) as part of our due diligence. Sonder stood out as clear leaders, delivering us an amazing customer journey & experience right from the first phone call through to signing off on the proposal. It was a no brainer deciding to partner with them.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Sonder started off by presenting us with their concept and direction for our brand based on our current assets. From there they designed our website, conversion optimised landing pages & graphically designed assets for social media.

What was the team composition?

Our primary points of contact throughout the project were Tom & James, however, we did collaborate at various stages with their design team all who were lovely to deal with.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

I cannot put enough emphasis on how much of an impact this website has had on our business in such a short period of time. We're ranking organically better than ever before and not only that but we're consistently winning new business with our ideal customer's thanks to concise copywriting & premium look and feel of the website.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Highly effective. Sonder takes a very systematic approach to web design which kept us informed the whole way through. The project was delivered on time & exactly as requested. Not much more you can ask for.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Firstly, the authenticity of both Tom & James. They took a genuine interest in our business and our dream for the project. Their team was committed the whole way through to delivering something we would love. Second, the quality of the build & design. We had high hopes of what we could achieve and to be delivered a website that exceeded our expectations left both my business partner and myself stoked.

I'm the Director of an IT Managed Services company. We partner with businesses to implement and support their IT Infrastructure so they can take care of their business whilst we take care of their IT.

I always had issues finding a good company to partner with that weren't too expensive and that provided excellent work on our website build. Sonder built a fantastic site, that was exactly aligned with my vision of what it should look like.

What were your goals for this project?

To have a great looking, yet simple to use and intuitive website. I wanted to stay away from the overly corporate webdesign style of other IT companies, and something more modern and appealing to today's users.

How did you select this vendor?

Sonder was recommended to us by our digital marketing vendor.

Describe the project in detail.

There was several stages of the website development, starting with vision and examples of what the site should look like. From there draft versions were built to show which way Sonder was heading, which was great as it allowed us to make any changes as we progressed ahead. The copy they did was great as well so that gave me more free time to run my company whilst they did the vast majority of the work. They were happy to implement any changes required straight away and were very accommodating with any inputs I had.

What was the team composition?

During the initial consultation I spoke with the Technical Director and head of sales of the company, I was then assigned a project manager who worked with me during the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcome was a great finished website with every feature I requested.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team communicated with me at every stage of the project, the workflow progression was on task and on track until the project was completed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The excellent service and attention to detail that the team at Sonder provided.
