I’m the CTO of AdImpact, a media company. We provide comprehensive ad intelligence and analytics, tracking ad airings and consumer behavior across CTV and linear TV in all US markets to help advertisers and agencies optimize campaigns with detailed, hyperlocal insights.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Solution Street?

We needed a speedy integration of generative AI functionality into our flagship web application platform. We knew we wanted more than just a shallow chatbot, so we needed to discover together what we were looking for.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve asked Solution Street to evaluate our existing platform, synthesize our ideas about how to incorporate generative AI, work with the application development team to decide on an integration approach, build out sophisticated chatbot functionality with appropriate guardrails, and deliver working components embedded in our production client-facing system. The team has handled the design, development, and integration of the chatbot. We’ve provided the overall mandate and guidance along the way; they’ve orchestrated the discovery and experimentation process and then made it real.

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit, and their company values aligned with ours.

We started working together in September 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had multiple clients asking for a generative AI conversational feature in our platform. This project has met that need and gone way beyond it by providing insight into what users are trying to accomplish, which we’re now using to expand capabilities. We’ve received 1,000+ questions in the two weeks after the launch.

How did Solution Street perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve delivered on time. Solution Street has provided rigorous yet flexible management adapted to changing circumstances while still keeping to the schedule and budget. We’ve communicated via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Solution Street’s ability and interest in truly learning the details of our business and then applying their technical expertise to addressing our specific needs is impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for them to improve; everything has gone as smoothly as we could’ve imagined.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

• Build from scratch a new web-based platform to deliver our research product to a sophisticated hedge fund client base. 
• Build an administrative back end to allow addition/deletion of clients/users, uploading and management of reports. 
• Create a simple user interface that is institutive and easy to use. 
• Select hosting vendor and management the relationship with the vendor and recommend and then implement upgrades to service; provide ongoing support and troubleshooting when need, including during off hours. 
• Provide upgrades and enhancements to both the back and front ends as needed. 

We've specified a long project length since this is an ongoing process.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• We have tripled the size of our business since working with Solution Street. That would not have happened if we did not have an effective platform to deliver our product and manage our relationships with our clients.

As mentioned, we knew the principals before starting. All members of the team did a great job and were highly responsive to our needs.

I was a managing director of Promontory Financial Group, a financial regulatory, consulting, and supporting software products company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Solution Street?

I hired Solution Street to develop a number of applications to help our clients manage financial and compliance risks.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Over a period of about 10 years, I worked with Solution Street to co-design, develop, and maintain a number of applications that ranged in complexity from relatively simple to very complicated enterprise risk and compliance tracking solutions. They had to develop and maintain the applications to the high security and resiliency standards of our clients – regulated financial institutions.As for the main deliverables, Solution Street built an application to help the financial institutions manage geographic risk. They also helped build an application to manage and assess enterprise-wide compliance risks.

I had worked with the founder of Solution Street in a prior company. I knew them, trusted them, and respected the founders.

We worked with Solution Street from January 2016–January 2026.

We developed software assets that were highly valued when we sold the consulting business to a global technology and professional services firm.
