For the small price of 990 dirhams per month, we got an external team of accountants who covered the list of tasks we needed, hiring additional staff would have cost us at least 5 times more. We believe that the result would not have been better

the sol team works not only in the personal account, but also in whatsapp, which is very convenient. we created a chat and during the day we receive answers to all our questions. when it is time to submit reports, the team warns us about it in advance. in terms of interaction with clients, the team has built processes very well, we would like to have such well-established and convenient processes of interaction with our clients in our company

At the start, Sol.online identified what was needed for our business and explained why. We outlined a plan and set clear deadlines for tasks. For about a year now, their accountant has been handling our bookkeeping while we focus on other tasks. They prepare invoices, generate necessary reports, calculate taxes, and file the reports with government. We've had no complaints—it's a relief to hand over this responsibility and not worry about it.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received full-service accounting. Over the course of our work with them, we haven't received any warnings, citations, or fines from tax authorities. Moreover, with clear financial reports, we identified growth opportunities and optimized expenses by 10%, thanks to eliminating duplicate other service costs and improving the management of business trips. 

We also streamlined employee-related processes by automating corporate expense tracking. Now, we have a process for employee expense management.

From the very start, they provided a clear breakdown of the tasks needed to manage our accounting. It was clear what had to be done and when. They explain everything patiently, which is valuable considering the complexity of the issues.

We wish they could retrieve data directly from the bank by integrating with it. Due to confidentiality policies, we can't provide all the necessary access, but we’d like them to set up an integration. We've already discussed this with them, and a solution is in progress. Once this is implemented, Sol will be perfect for us.
