My company is specialized in the trade of synthetic and natural turf. We are specialists in the maintenance of natural grass for private customers.

We asked Solid Rusk Production for several projects such as the presentation of a new machine, the presentation of the company or our maintenance techniques.

What were your goals for this project?

The aim of the last project was to demonstrate the techniques for maintaining natural grass, including all the important steps to be taken during the spring.

How did you select this vendor?

Solid Rusk production was advised to me by a friend. I was satisfied with the first project, which is why we decided to continue working with solid rusk.

The video shows maintenance techniques for natural grass in the spring. We had an appointment with the Solid Rusk team at our client's. The whole team was there: videographer, sound engineer, our machines and myself. We produced the video following the objectives that we had set upstream.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

After the video, we got our first feedback. Then, it was necessary to make adjustments which is why there were back and forth between the seller and me to make the necessary corrections. Solid rusk is very responsive for this.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This video was very successful on social networks. It allowed us to get to know and show the technicality of our company in terms of natural gas maintenance. We are very happy.

They're very efficient. They're quick to complete their work and rapidly deliver the desired result.

Solid Rusk worked first on a script draft, then meet all project stakeholders to understand the projects highlights and challenges. In a second time the Solid Rusk tea went in the field to make the video and took photographies. Finally SR reviewed the content m, adapted it with our expectations and proposed the final version of the video

SolidRusk was recommended to me by other colleagues. We worked together on different projects in 2019; results were very good so decided to renew the experience.

We worked on the scenarios together, chose the actors and Solidrusk took care of the filming and video editing.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Solidrusk provided the actors, make up artist, light and sound artist. Took care of the contracts, flights, location and everything else related to the ads.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Last year (2019), our 3 videos were viewed for more than 600 000 times. And 42% of the people watched the ads till the end.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Easy communication, professional and friendly team. We couldn't have asked for more.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Besides the professional filming, editing and the great scenario ideas, the atmosphere was very friendly.
