We hire Software Station for develop mobile application DiDi Forms. because at that time we didn't have enough in-house engineers.

We searching developer company in our city for more comfortable development and during this research we choose Software Station.

DiDi Forms is a safety application to help manage workers day to day activities in the most cost-efficient and safe way. The first-ever A.I. powered safety app built with algorithms that adjust based on learned behavior. DiDi Forms is a part of DiDi family of projects for one of the biggest CATerpillar dealer in Australia.

What was the team composition?

1 Project Manager from our company and 1 iOS Developer, 1 Android Developer from their side

This project created for internal use, but I can say that our team really happy to use it

It was very effective and productive.

Their estimate and time management services were excellent.

We can always improve everything, but now this company is already well developed

We were looking to outsource some software development for a mobile application.

Software Station developed a mobile application for iOS native. The app enables tourists to find descriptions of different sites in capitals around Europe.

Depending on the task, we worked with 1–2 developers.

Our recruitment team searched on LinkedIn and other sites for a vendor.

We’ve invested around $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them in January 2019, and our partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don’t get user feedback because it goes to the Apple store.

How did Software Station perform from a project management standpoint?

Software Station is transparent in communication and works hard to resolve any issues. Their team provides bi-weekly deliveries, meets deadlines, and displays good project management skills. We use Jira for collaboration.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re good developers. Overall, we’re satisfied.

No, I can’t think of anything.

I am a CTO of Software development, outsourcing and outstaffing company specialising in bespoke software, CRM, ERP and billing system development. We are currently based in Australia but expanding into other markets overseas.

we have engaged SoftwareStation to assist us with the development of a revolutionary billing system that helps general public to manage their payments and invoices. Software Station were responsible for both back end and front end development

we wanted to build a minimum viable product to test the market and analyse customer stickiness and churn

How did you select this vendor?

on of my ex colleagues has recommended SoftwareStation and provided really good feedback. After several meetings including in person face to face meeting, decision was made to engage their team

we have developed complete scope of works in house and delivered to SoftwareStation for their evaluation; not only their team managed to provide valuable suggestions and recommendations but also they have improved the flow of our concept by introducing gamification and enrichments in customer journey. Once scope was finalised and estimate was provided, we have commenced development with their team.

What was the team composition?

we have decided to utilise as many resources as possible; Alex was able to allocate 1 x iOS , 1x back end and 1xQA engineer to work full time on our project

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our application was successfully presented to investors in Mainland China who showed some deep interest in it. Immediately once the deal was signed, we have aligned all our resources to make a version compatible with their market.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Project management was easy because SoftwareStation provided project coordinator. They ensured the project was smooth and seamless

What did you find most impressive about this company?

the way they tackle the challenges: brainstorming, thinking and analysing comes first, followed by deep scoping.

Are there any areas for improvement?

no major issues detected yet I would suggest to spend more time on QA
