Software minds to their initial screening and interviews. Once they have selected a candidate that we accept, we then have a 2 stage process: 1 - Dev lead paired exercise 2 - Interview with Director of engineering.

Every developer/QA Software Minds have delivered has embedded themselves within the team effortlessly. No language or time difference barriers and a perfect culture fit. In most cases is would be difficult to differentiate permanent staff against Software Mind staff.

Their team managed to quickly create a performant team with a low turnover at a fair price. The Software was delivered and accepted by our customer.

Agile dev with daily stands up. We were really feeling they were an extension of our internal team.

How quick they can build a team of .Net dev. Quality of their dev.

A better understanding of the maritime business would have helped some of the challenges we faced during the project.

Project delivered on time and other features are tracking the tight deadlines. Velocity is high. Based on QA test bug ration, code quality is high.

We are all working in agile teams, and communicating through emails, zoom, MS Teams, shared documents, and shared repos. The team communicates with other distributed teams as well.

Software Mind provided excellent support for our new and legacy applications. Their engineers were highly skilled and very responsive to requests for changes in the applications. The account management staff was also very engaged throughout the contract and always resolved any issues in a timely and mutually satisfactory manner.

Workflow and communication between employees and Software Mind contractors was very thorough and timely. Offshore Software Mind resources were easy to understand and had a good command of the english language.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We are extremely impressed by the quality of their engineering resources. Not only were they experienced in legacy technology, but they were also well-versed in newer technologies.
