To improve performance around communication via Kafka.

SoftKraft helped to improve the setup. Gave very good insights how to improve ways our solution is using Kafka. Now they are available on constant bases to answer our questions about Kafka usage and setup.

A dedicated senior engineer was provided to review our solution and to work with us improving it.
