Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

SoftButler provided Application Testing for our company website, combining manual testing with automation testing to cover critical user flows and cross-browser/device behavior. The scope included regression testing across key pages after changes, targeted performance testing (load speed, responsiveness, and stability checks), and verification of both unit testing and integration testing coverage/approach for the components and integrations used on the site.

Key deliverables included a structured QA audit report, a prioritized defect and improvement backlog with clear reproduction steps, regression checklists for repeatable releases, automation-ready test scenarios, and practical recommendations to strengthen our internal QA process and prevent recurring issues.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We ended up with a prioritized backlog of issues and fixes, which let us close the highest-impact problems first and noticeably reduce repeat defects after new updates. On top of that, SoftButler pointed out one workflow gap that was triggering multiple recurring bugs; once we adjusted that step and added a lightweight regression checklist/quality gate, releases became more predictable and the number of “same bug again” incidents dropped

Their project management was organized and transparent. We had clear checkpoints, concise status updates, and a predictable review cycle for each batch of findings. They were highly responsive whenever we had questions or needed a quick re-check, and they adapted the testing focus as new information came up. Everything we agreed on was delivered within the planned timeline

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was how deeply they focused on prevention, not just detection. Instead of handing over a generic bug list, they grouped issues by patterns, tied them to likely causes, and proposed lightweight quality gates we could actually maintain. Their reports were also very “developer-friendly” - clear priorities, reproducible steps, and enough context to fix things quickly without back-and-forth

We were fully satisfied with their work and didn’t identify any areas where they needed to do something differently
